I was down two pounds Sunday morning. Now to keep it off and to lose another pound this next week.
I am down another 1/2 pound! 3 more and I am in my next 10 that I haven't seen in years! I am on my way!

I was still down two pounds this morning, but ate Chinese food with GD. Now my fingers are swelled up. Hope I can drink enough green tea to flush this fluid retention out in time for the final weigh in.

I was down a pound earlier in the week but we ate out yesterday and I cooked for men today. Guess I should not like my own cooking??? I started out good but now I am the same, we will see what tomorrow brings.

I was down two pounds this morning, but since the weight fluctuates so much, I am not counting it unless I can maintain it till Sunday.

Starting yesterday Sunday July 25th we are challenging each other to lose a pound a week. I forgot to weigh but I will first thing tomorrow which takes two days off my starting date, but come next Sunday report in with your loss and every Sunday after that. Come on team and don't forget to join the chat on "Let's sit a spell and talk"
