To get back in the exercise groove! I'm moving next weekend to a place that will give me much more freedom in working out... I'm hoping that having more variety will get me back on the exercise wagon.

ah physical fit....not ever a goal of mine. I am just thankful I can still walk. Had Polio as a child and now have Post-Polio Syndrome, so hard exercise is out of the question. Some days just doing what needs to be done is too much.

August Goals:
1. Lose 2 pounds to get down to 188
2. Eat 2 fruits a day (need work on this)
3. Sew every day for at least 1 hour
4. Try to increase movement everyday.
5. Do something NEW each week.

Those goals are close to mine. I want to get to goal this year and be more physically fit.

what are your goals for 2013? Mine are to lose 2 pounds a month, I feel this should be doable.
Goals:
lose 2 pounds a month
gain no more then 2 pounds when I travel
think positive everyday.

That;s it.
