Sometimes it feels like too much. I do like exercise. I enjoy how I feel when I eat right. Sometimes I just want to be reckless and go from bakery to bar to burger palce and then repeat the loop until I can't stand up.
All this control and planning is not exactly my personality. I like to wing it, by nature. They say everything in moderation. Can I really have a day, maybe every quarter when I have a cocktail AND dessert in the same meal?
