Sometimes it feels like too much. I do like exercise. I enjoy how I feel when I eat right. Sometimes I just want to be reckless and go from bakery to bar to burger palce and then repeat the loop until I can't stand up.
All this control and planning is not exactly my personality. I like to wing it, by nature. They say everything in moderation. Can I really have a day, maybe every quarter when I have a cocktail AND dessert in the same meal?
I'm not too sure about February, but in January I had four 30-minute sessions with a personal trainer. She was great -- tailored a workout in the gym for me, which helps with working on my concerns -- bone strength, strengthening my core, and balance.
I am hoping to go to the gym at least twice a week, but preferably three times a week. I am pleased with my progress so far, but improving fitness takes time.
