It has been a while, but I never left spark people, just didn't look at the group. Sorry. I see not many are using the pages. Guess they all got thin? and went away? perhaps, perhaps not.

I will keep my goals simple:
1. Drink plenty of water
2. Get plenty of sleep
3. Log in when I am home
4. Do an act of kindness every day
5. Eat at least 2 fruits per day.
