I am afraid they did not get thin. Many simply left. I did. Then I came back, and I am making progress. It is not the pace I would dream about, but it is progress and I will get there. We can all make it one small change at a time.

It has been a while, but I never left spark people, just didn't look at the group. Sorry. I see not many are using the pages. Guess they all got thin? and went away? perhaps, perhaps not.
Good luck to us all in 2013! Make goals that are doable and reach for them every day. When you go over, know there will be a tomorrow.

I plan to lose the final 10 pounds. So far, I'm doing well in the workout front. I'm not yet in the cooking frame of mind yet. There is alwasy Feb.
