I was also going to suggest Applebee's because they have some pretty nice selections on the Weight Watchers menu. There is a website called Dottie's Weight Loss Zone (www.dwlz.com). You can login to this site and it gives you the nutritional information on several restaurants.
I am confident that the path I journey on today leads me in the best direction for my soul's progress. I do not worry about tomorrow. I choose to focus on today's journey.
Grilled Chicken, Salads, vegetables, even baked reg or sweet potato wouldn't be bad. The Applebees suggestion is great too.
My office usually orders subs from Subway which are not bad either.
Happy birthday & enjoy.

Applebees has a weight watchers menu that has some great choices.

I've reached goal and this is my maintenance range:
Anyplace with salads or grilled chicken would work. Order water to drink. Happy Birthday!
For starters Happy Birthday!!!!
Dont worry about which resterant you go to almost all of them have veryvery good diet foods (not just salads anymore)and if you go to one you can't find diet food on then order a chicken dinner and ask the waiter to take half of the dinner and place it in a to go box before he brings it out that way you dont over eat (the portions today are huge) and just order water to drink. But above all enjoy your birthday!
My birthday is next week and my co-workers want to buy me lunch. What resturants have a good selection of nutritious food and what do you suggest? Thanks for your help?
