CC, picking your food before you go out really makes a difference. My husband wanted me to meet him at Jack in the Box tonight during his supper break. I went to their website and they have a "build a meal" option. I figured out a meal (Asian Salad with no wontons or almonds and low fat balsamic dressing) that was only 189 calories! When I got there, I knew exactly what to order and it made everything so easy. In my husband's meal, the ciabatta bun alone was 299 calories! It really helps to know before you go!!
