I'm doing well, actually! I'm so suprised...usually I get started for a day and then give up, but I even woke up early today to go to the gym, and I did 45 minutes of cardio instead of my usual 30. I'm down 5 pounds already, and even though I know most of it has to be water weight, it's so incredibly uplifting and motivating to see that on my tracker, I'm already a substantial portion of the way to my goal. I feel like I'm really starting to accomplish something, you know?
And you have too, I see. Five pounds already is amazing!!! Keep up the good work!!
