Hi G and Welcome here!
I think you have motivation, because you found SparkPeople and joined. And you also posted. Lots of people don't get this far.
It is great that you love to eat healthy. That is a great basis to start with. Water doesn't need to be pure water all the time (you can see lots of talk about this in this team and other places on the site). I do a lot of green tea and count it as water. There is an article on water in the resources section here that is good, but do what you can to take in a watery drink without taking in too much sodium, calories or caffeine, and that is the goal. Water is everywhere.
One powerful thing you might try if you love to eat healthy, is just writing down the things you eat (portions can come later). If you know how to eat right already, seeing that feedback can lead you to make very healthy adjustments that will go a long way towards crafting a healthier lifestyle.
I know one of my fastbreak goals was giving up sweets. That was harder than giving up fatty foods, but it nips out a lot of bad eating, even if I did compensate for a while treating myself with fatty foods when the need to treat myself to SOMETHING got out of control.
Keep in touch. You can make headway without adding exercise up front, but try to figure out what sort of routines will give you exercise and help with that back.
I know physical therapists have stuff they want you to do, and I think research has shown that bad backs aren't hurt by trying to do what one feels capable of (cleaning around the house, walking etc.), because resting too much weakens the muscles and makes us more prone to re-injury.
Hugs -- Edith Started at 220, made goal 160 now I have to get there again :-)
Keep Dancing. Joy is the best exercise.
