Good luck woman i'm sure you'll do fine!! But just remember if you have been doing strength training then you will gain muscle and sometimes that means numbers on the scale! ......I know you'll do great!
I am nervous and anxious i can't wait till tuesday to see if my hard work pays off.....It'd only be 5 day's since i started this program BUT i only weigh at school cause i only use that scale....then it'll be once a week from there on out!
