Paralegal1, I'm new here too, and I found it easiest to click at the top tab on "My tools" and then "Nutrition tracker" to find the menus. It takes me some time to navigate that page and get my menu all recorded, but maybe I'll find an easier way soon.

Well if you just enter your food, it will know your calories, fats, protein and carbs as you enter them. I enter mine through my Spark homepage or Start page. Is this the information you were looking for?

Hello friends: I'm new to the SparkTeam program as of yesterday. Which is the proper way or best way to keep track of the daily meals totals of calories, proteins, carbs, and fats in order to keep within the food range prescribed? I don't know whether to have a large record book, or can I enter the info on my personal spark page. I hope that I have explained what I am trying to understand. Thanks, alan (paralegal1)
