Our bodies need just 1 teaspoon sugar PER DAY. How much do you eat?

Since becoming a Sparker 5 years ago I discovered RUNNING! I just finished half marathon #14 today!!! I will run my first full marathon this fall.

I still walk as my preferred workout. I should do more strength workouts, but walking is my favorite. I live on a great walking trail, which helps.
