UGH!!! Never use a dark color on walls, it took 4 coats in the bathroom. Only 2 on the other walls that had a light color. Sure looks good though!

yesterday I did about 40 minutes or so of tai chi and another 30-40 minutes of tae kwon do.

Today I did one of the workouts on the total gym and will be doing a ton of walking while we're out and about taking care of business.

Don't do anything you aren't going to have fun doing. If it's not going to be fun, find a way to make it so. - Me

did some walking... probably 15 minutes, not fast but not slow either. Then did 50 min. of tae kwon do.

I did two mini-workouts today...

one was a bit of energy boost yoga.

The other was some lunges. They were these 4 minutes comcast videos but I definitely felt it!

Ten out of ten people die, so don't take life too seriously.

I am getting over a summer cold, but I went on my bike ride today anyway thinking I would not make it. Turns out I did make the whole 22+ miles and did it in about 1:53!

I feel great about it and look forward to getting out next Wednesday and Friday or Saturday as well.

I danced for 60 minutes on Saturday night...

Tonight I plan to do some dance aerobics (30 min) and at least 10 minutes of Tae Bo. I have to get motivated to get back on the same track that I was on before my month long vacation...and gaining all my weight back.

I ran for 30 min on treadmill today... first 15 minutes at an incline, then second 15 minutes I did intervals. I am not losing weight lately, but I am very happy with my overall fitness level. :)

I walked on the treadmill for an hour at 6.0 incline. I think I prefer to increase the incline instead of the speed so that I can read while I walk. I find that I still get an excellent workout; maybe someday I'll try running . . .
