Hi there! Yeah I tend to stick with spark for a few months and then dissapear for a few. I love the food tracker but I find the whole site can be time consuming. Although there is so many good resources and info on here, it can be all consuming if I let it. Glad to see you on here. Good luck on your weightloss journey : )
I am once again. I've been posting my weight updates last year and read The Spark, but haven't really gotten back in action until now. Before that, my most active SP and weight-loss period was 2008. Have you just come back after being gone awhile?
