Elennare, you can't do much more than what you've done which is estimate to the best of your ability. I don't know grams either but you could do a converter on google to ounces (1 ounce is about 28 grams) if you're better at gauging that instead. There are some articles on here on what serving size portions 'look' like, such as a serving of meat = a deck of cards, so you could look into those articles to get an approximation of serving amounts. Hope this helps a bit!

Hi Team.

I have a question I'm hoping someone can help me with. What do you do when you don't have the measurement for the food that spark does? Or, if there is no real way to enter what you had?

For example, my lunch today. I bought it from the cafeteria at work, so there was no opportunity for measuring when it was made. I had rosted red potatoes, and steamed mixed vegetables (cabbage, red onion, egg plant, zuchinii, maybe some other stuff).

Spark has red potatoes, but you can only enter the amount in grams. I had about 3 potatoes. I have NO idea how much that weighed.

The veggies, I had about 2 cups worth, I think. No idea on each individual type of veggie, though. Spark has canned and frozen mixed veggies, but I know they're not the same veggies I ate.

So, I approximated as best I could, but for all I know, my guesses are way out in left field. I have no idea if I over or under estimated what I ate, or if the "close enough" food I picked IS actually close enough. What do you do in situations like this?
