I lost 10 lbs last year and kept it off. I didn't really work the program very well, but it was always in the back of my mind. This year I am determined to get to my goal weight. I have been posting more and logging in every day. I have a thirty day challenge to walk everyday for an hour to get my metabolism going. I feel good, I'm motivated and I look forward to reporting when I achieve my goal weight.
