yep...those are the ones i know!

i am also getting really sick of Metallica. I have liked them for years, but recently I can't get away from them!!!! all over the radio and now a metal station on XM has changed to "manditory metallica". Their last two albums have been...well, not for me. Enough Metallica already!!! i need a break!

I'm always telling my buddy that the kids today are gonna grow thinking that AC/DC only recorded six songs - Shook Me All Night Long, Dirty Deeds, For Those About To Rock, TNT, Back In Black, and Hells Bells. This was before Black Ice came out. And yes - program directors at classic rock stations should be strung up for playing the same 3 songs over and over. You have no idea how much I hate that. That is why I like stickman-radio.com so much. I've been listening for weeks and haven't heard the same song twice.

I am open to trying it out....there are some guitar riffs that i do enjoy...so i guess i do not despise it. i simply hate hearing them 20 times a day, the same song over and over. maybe that is the radio station's fault...lol!!!

krazykornchick - you should give an album like Powerage a listen. For my money its one of AC/DC's best albums. Radio killed a lot of the other stuff by over playing it. I've always been a bigger fan of the stuff with Bon Scott. Let There Be Rock is another good one.

I'm fairly tolerant of most anything. I suppose the times I get annoyed at the music, I'm also annoyed at the company. When I like the people I'm with I find myself enjoying their musical selections as well, (or at least letting them fade into the background). I stick to rock when I'm by myself but when I'm out in the world, it's just so much more easy and pleasant not to get hung up on differences in taste.

I can't stand twangy country, rap, pop and christian music, well most of it. Nothing against the religion but overly traditional stuff erks me. Oh and can't forget about the EMO crap that's been popular for the past couple of years, seriously grow a pair and grow up! Sorry about the mini rant, emo is my arch nemesis.

Definitely Hip Hop and Rap. The kids that work at the car wash next to where I work crank that crap up on their car stereos when they aren't busy and it rattles the pictures on my office walls. Its really hard to write php code with that noise pounding in my head.

Gangsta Rap would have to be top of the list.

When thinking of your weight loss and fitness motivation & weight loss goals, remove all fears by:

1.Focusing on the good
2.Focusing on the objective
3.Focusing on the goal
4.Focusing on the solution
5.Focusing on my aim
6.Focusing on the true destination

So I was reading the: song you don't wanna hear again post and thought what kind of music in general do you despise/if any?

I hate country, friends and relatives that listen to it and play it I always tell them it makes my ears bleed, hubby agress and laughs all the time.
I really despise rap too, agh could go forever without it.
