Definately NOT Creepy!!!! Like everyone else, as long as it is cared for. Long hair on men is an instant attention grabber for me! Especially older men... Love it. When I met my boyfriend he had long hair. He now has a "respectable" job and had to cut it to become "professional". He promised me once he was established he would grow it out again. So far, he has not :(

The last time I had my hair long I had it dyed black with these really cool red streaks through it. My wife and kids think I'm nuts but I like being different and love cool looking hair. Its just hair for cryin' out loud.
I think most men with long hair are hot. It just depends on the guy and the type of look he has and if his personality can pull it off. I luv the metal look or even punk. I can't stand the hippie look with the frizzy hair or the "long grey hair, Arlo Guthrie looking" guys. However, some women may like it.
I seem to still only find long-haired men really sexy, as long as they take care of themselves. It's tough to find them now, especially any that are over 20 years old as that would be a bit too young for me (I'm 40 and still a rocker chick, just staying in the present decade with the hair & the fashion). So if anyone knows of any single long-haired men in the NY area that are over 30, send them my way! LOL
I dont like when guys get trapped in a certain point in time and continue to rock a look which is all over 15 years ago, Theres quite a difference in 2009 hair to the waist and say 1996 hair to waist. If youre sporting "nuthugger" jeans,an off the shoulder "Frankie goes to Hollywood" t shirt with high topBritish Knight sneakers with your hair, yuck that is creepy! If you have a nice pair of softly worn, relaxed ( sagged or not)black jeans, black T or button up leather or denim jacket. Boots or plain dark sneakers-thats HOT!! The trick is to not get stuck in the past like that crazy old lady in " Great Expectations".And we are immortal are we not?? 45 is a mere blip in time!!
Work like it's all up to you!! Pray like its all up to GOD!!!!

Thanks for all the feedback. My kids don't seem to mind when I visit them at school so I think I'm gonna grow it back out. And yes, 30 is definitely NOT old. I'm gonna be 45 this year and I don't really think that is old either. I'm still trying to figure out how I got to be this age already though. Have a great day everyone.
The longer the better in my opinion. I've never preferred short hair on men no matter what their age. The only creepy vibe I might get, stems from when guys of any age don't groom their hair. Greasy, or poorly cut, or unbrushed/uncombed can translate to creepy for me.
For most of my life I've alternated between growing my hair and cutting it short. I usually cut it because I just get tired of messin' with it. I cut it short again a couple of months ago and saw my dad's 3rd wife the other day who commented how much I looked like my father with this hair cut. I don't hate my dad but I really don't care to look or be like him so - is it creepy when you see an older guy with long hair? Thanks for the feedback.
