I'm aiming for 50 lbs. Right now I can't even wrap my mind around weighing 155 pounds but am really looking forward to trying it out! Heck - if I stay on track I should be 25 lbs lighter by mid-June and I'm looking forward to that as well. I'm totally committed to this. I gave up smoking cold turkey over 10 years ago - I believe I have the will power to do this as well. And I'm confident that we can all succeed together.
I've met my weight goal, and now it's all about maintenance. I used journaling so much to identify my bad habits, decide how I was going to break them, and then how well I was doing at breaking them. It forced me to take a step back and look at myself objectively. I guess I learned that, for me, it was all about behavior and attitude modification, everything else is now slowly falling into place.
