I'm aiming for 50 lbs. Right now I can't even wrap my mind around weighing 155 pounds but am really looking forward to trying it out! Heck - if I stay on track I should be 25 lbs lighter by mid-June and I'm looking forward to that as well. I'm totally committed to this. I gave up smoking cold turkey over 10 years ago - I believe I have the will power to do this as well. And I'm confident that we can all succeed together.

I'm at the beginning of this journey with a little over 40 pounds to lose. So far I've been doing it by not drinking soda, doing the cardio & strength exercises, walking, and watching what I eat.

I have 30 lbs to go, would love to loose 40, but I'm being realistic for now. Have lost not one single pound, can't seem to get on track. Argh.

I've met my weight goal, and now it's all about maintenance. I used journaling so much to identify my bad habits, decide how I was going to break them, and then how well I was doing at breaking them. It forced me to take a step back and look at myself objectively. I guess I learned that, for me, it was all about behavior and attitude modification, everything else is now slowly falling into place.
