I have found a new band that has sparked my interest so to speak, In This Moment. Nice heavy music and a chick singer that can scream and growl with the best to of them. I have their cd The Dream mixed in with a bunch of Static X and I know they are not metal but The Prodigy. If you haven't listened to them yet I would highly suggest it.

Still Ipod less but hopefully I can get one in the next couple of weeks. I am really into Five Finger Death Punch and Fear Factory right now. Theres not a lot of newer bands that I like so the other day I went through my Itunes and I seriously need to update it.

Hi Naoli! I'm new too, it's great to find other people who love metal!

I prefer Pantera and Fear Factory, they just really keep me going. Something about Burton C. Bell's voice that just...makes me want to run, I guess. hehe.
ButI've also found Killswitch Engage, Hellyeah, some Korn, Sepultura and Ozzy are GREAT workout partners!
How about yourself?

"My favorite time is now because now no one tries to tie me to a stake and make barbecued Simi. I did not like them people from long ago cause they would look at me and scream, then try to exorcise me. Exercising is good if you are Richard Simmons, but it is not good if you are the Simi. They did not like the Simi, so the Simi did not like them." - Simi from DH Website

That's right! I was walking today and I just couldn't get my heart rate up to where I wanted it... then Pantera came on... 'nuff said, haha!

Sadly yes. Sigh... LOL. I lost it on a road trip, no idea where though so my workouts have been very boring. Once I get a new one I have a lot of new music to put on it, nothing like kick boxing and listening to metal to push me harder.

Before I lost my Ipod I had, Static X, Disturbed, Nothingface, Korn, Rammstein, Nightwish, Godsmack, Rob Zombie, Pantera, Dope and Metallica. I agree with nice heavy grooves, it just helps time pass by much faster.
