I'm using Podrunner Intervals

I really dig it, and I like their other Podrunner mixes for regular gym days.

I downloaded the Nicole Blum c25k. I have not tried it yet, but I did listen to it, and I like that she does not talk at all. I like to learn how to do my own music, since I have an Ipod, not the Iphone or Itouch.

Thanks for posting this! I wish I'd thought to ask a month ago about these; these are awesome!

This site not only links to some of the podcast options, it also lists an app for Android phones (so can't wait to get my Droid): www.c25k.com . There's another set of podcasts at gonicoleyourself.blogspot.com
/2008/06/
couch-to-5k-podcast-page.html
. I think I'll load up my MP3 player with the first week of the three series I like the sound of the most and progress like that, so that I don't get bored listening to the same thing three times in a row. I'm excited to get started!

I was not at all thrilled with the selection of music, but I stuck it out for the sake of learning to run also. But I was really happy to find the iPhone App which allowed me to use my own music. It made a big difference in my motivation to be able to walk and run to my own music. Of course, if you don't have an iPod Touch or an iPhone you can't use that kind of app.

I just got a MP3 player for Christmas and its all new for me. I downloaded Week 1 on it last night! I was surprised at how easy it was to do!!!!
I listened to some of it last night and I think the music is ok, not my choice but I'll give it a try anyway for the sake of learning how to run.
Thank you so much for asking this question. I was going to do the same!
Thank you so much for answering it too!! I'm so glad I saw this thread!!!!

Thank you! Thank you for asking, thank you for answering ... I was just getting ready to search online and see what I can find for this exact question. I've been just watching the stopwatch on my iPod to keep my time and it's SUCH a pain to keep looking at it. It's so distracting and I'm afraid I'm going to drop it!

I can't tell you how much this totally makes my day!!!!

(and I just finished W3D1 - yay!)

Try this link.

http://www.ullreys.com/robert/Podcasts/p
odcasts/podcasts.html

Also if you have an iPod Touch you can use an app from the Apple store that will time your intervals and allow you to use your own music.

Just search in iTunes under apps for "C25K" and you find about three of them.

I got an mp3 player for Christmas and I am trying to learn how to work it. I've heard there are programs you can download where the music is timed to the C25K workouts. Do you know if there are any free ones? Or do you have any suggestions for how I can set up music with the correct timings on the player. I'm really new at this. Thanks for any advice and help.
