I thought it would be interesting to find out if ANYONE else has established WEIRD eating habits since starting their weight loss journey?!
Ill tell you mine so you know what I mean.... I do the following because for SOME ODD reason to me it makes them taste better, and makes me feel like I am eating more (though I know I am not). I have a feeling I am the only one lol but here ya go
I never did these til I started my journey.
1. When I eat mixed vegetables and rice...I HAVE to mix them together.
2. When I eat meat I HAVE to cut them into SMALL tiny pieces.
3.I have oz of pretzels everyday, and I HAVE to line them up in 4 pretzels,3 pretzels, 2 pretzels,and 1 pretzel for EACH side of my mouth. Meaning 4 for right and 4 for left and so on.
4.When I eat my sandwiches for lunch (I eat 2), I eat one pickle. I HAVE to eat half pickle with each sandwich BUT I have to eat that piece of pickle with the top and bottom crust of the bread then I put it down and do the same for sandwich # 2. Then put it down and go back to sandwich one eat the sides, do the same to sandwich 2, and then I HAVE to eat each sandwich in a circle.
5. WHen I consume Baked cheetos I HAVE to take tiny bites.
and FINALLY...
6. Whne I consume popcorn my husband has to eat MOST of his before I do mine or else mine wont taste good. I also eat it one kernel at a time
