Good on all points it was a frustrating day. I didn't work but set about baking. Was thinking all was fine but the little gingerbreads won't come out of the pans right and left their bottoms and tops separate. Then forgot to add baking soda to 2 batches. UGH! I went to PT then home to have dinner, finish wrapping and boxing the grandkids presents. Next the new batches of bread. These are good. Working tomorrow.

I had 23 points even and exercise. Got a haircut in the morning and then went to the ENT appointments. My ear is better but not 100% yet. Need to take drops and come back next week. I forgot to put the Bible Study on my calendar but my alarm went off right in time to tune in. It was a very good day.

I was good on all points. Posting late as phone died. Recharge then back here. I was able to run errands this afternoon and then off to visit friends and give out presents. No work as of yet. Need to stay home to get cards done and presents wrapped for mailing. Tick tock on that. Need to make more breads too.

I was over on Calories. I had 2 chocolate covered cherries and that did it. Ok on all else. Went to church then home to put finishing touches on living room decorations. Put bins in the attic and found the missing garland. Working tomorrow so I the roads are good in the morning.

Am on track with 23 points. If I finish my dinner salad that's going to be 2 more points for the salad dressing. Have exercise as well as I was able to get out and walk in the park today. Tuned into the service this morning and was at home except for going to the park. How did your day go?

We were at home with my brother. He was in his room watching tv and I was in the living room previewing new exercise DVDs. Was doing fine pointwise till after dinner and then was over. Tried exercising again and in combination with snow shoveling I might have half an hour. I like to count it in if I have half an hour but you're right that even smaller increments count.

Good on all points. I was too busy to snack so stayed on point. I decorated and funished the tree. The tree takes hours as it is has to be put together, fluffed, garlanded, beaded, bowed, and decorated with ornaments. Only one item to still be located. I will look tomorrow when the tubs go back up in the attic as it has to be in the ones already up there. I would count the mile as it was exercise. I didn't go anywhere.

Was over as I had chicken pot pie. Maybe now with the new program that should be less than 21 points I'm taking for it. I went to the park but only did 1 mile so am not counting that. I feel better today.

I only had 13 points all day yesterday but was not denying myself. Had eggs, tofu and beans that I didn't need to track. No exercise though. I saw the doctor as the antibiotic aggravated my asthma.

Good on all today. I baked cookies for tomorrow's party along with my gingerbread that we give out. I worked on more decorating and move the wrapping center downstairs to my quilt table but with room so I can do both. Dining room was to small. PT went well and pain level was down all day. Glad the new program will give you a change.

Went to the library and the store in the morning and then did the floors at home. I was over with exercise. The website and the app changed over to the new plan for me today. Tomorrow is 6 months that I've joined WW and I was looking for a change so the new plan will be it.

Good on all points. I was able to complete another block. Started decorating for Christmas. Daughter came over and we were able to make our special enchildas, played games. I hope to finish the pre tree decorating tomorrow and get the cookies for the Christmas party at Church Friday night. Also have PT.

Finished the book. In the Year of Yes Shonda Rhimes said yes to her body among other things and without following a specific program lost 100 lbs within a year and 27 lbs more following that. She didn't do strenuous exercise just Pilates. She did go to her doctor and did some sort of portion control though. Her food choices were also better from what she says. But mostly she wasn't prepared for the acclaim that followed after her shows success on ABC and the year of yes helped her embrace her accomplishments. I was over with no exercise. Had problems with the medication and had to stop it. Feel much, much better this morning.

Good on calories, water, exercise. Slightly over on fat. Didn't work but did get outside to trim bushes before the rain. Forgot faucet covers. Well after the rain ends and I am home. Got PT done and the decorations down fro. The attic so I can start. I was able to get 2 more squares assembled on the quilt. Ready to start another. If I am home may do that in the morning. Daughter coming for dinner and games tomorrow. Hope after the storm goes your hip is better.

I am over even with the old system. My website and the app haven't changed over yet because the change takes place on the weigh-in day and that's Thursday for me. A lot of people including myself wanted to change their WI to get the update and the site crashed so WW disabled the option to change the WI this week. My day didn't go as planned. I was at home trying to do things but had different obstacles all day such as a problem with my computer or my hip hurting. But my ear seems better today so am very hopeful because the PA said it might take a month to clear.

Just over on calories but good on fat. Exercise was looking after the last plants outside and refreshing the birds in watersnd seed. School was great and PT encouraging. Set up another month but now only 2 days a week. Friend left to continue her trip to visit others.

21 points and exercise. WW rolled out its new WW Freestyle program yesterday. There are less daily points and I can have 23 of them but we're not measuring and tracking foods such as starchy vegetables, beans, boneless skinless chicken and turkey breast and plain non-fat yogurt and tofu. We can roll up to 4 points daily toward our weeklies if we don't use them. About a month ago I stopped measuring turkey breast anyway because I found I could only have about 2 oz at a time and I could have had up to 3 or 4 oz for 1 point. I am looking very much to this as I am now halfway through to my weight loss goal.

32 points and exercise as I went to the park. Officially it was colder than the day before but there was no wind, the sun was out and I wore thermals under my clothing so it was very nice. Did little bit of work on my room, read and tuned into the service. I'm going to the meeting this morning. Changes to the program are to be announced today so am looking very much forward to it. No, we have a FedEx store in Farmington by the mall but that's about it. Next time I'll call for pick up. I was on track but at the top of the range as olive oil cost me 6 points (scrambled eggs with butter are 6 points for comparison). Paid the bills, went to the store, went to the gym and cooked dinner. Fitbit didn't recognize being in the gym as workout and only as active minutes because my wrists were stationary the whole time. Felt very weird being there as I'm so used to either walking outside or home workouts with a DVD.

All points good. PT was ok hurting now. School was fine. Humidifiers have to be on all time to do a room or more. Short times will not saturate the air or surroundings. You don't have a UPS store in the area? Our is in the stop n shop plaza. Friend here and more games tonight.

I used it in the living room yesterday before and during exercise. It didn't help with my throat being extremely dry when I exercise though. Must be the antibiotic. I was on track with an advanced kickboxing workout for the first time. Don't have all the steps in the workout figured out yet but did 95% of it. I spent an hour in the morning driving around New Britain and Farmington trying to send a UPS package back. The package was too big for the UPS collection box as the sneakers box was inside of a bigger box.

Good on all points. I got the house cleaned, the outside lights fixed, lawn blown off, and PT done. Glad I took the day off. Working tomorrow but will be able to get a few things done before PT. I use humidifiers in our house so the air isn't as dry. If you use it the rest of the house will benifit even if your brother doesn't realise it.

Good on points plus exercise. I colored my hair and went to the park and the library. In the afternoon I had a doctor's appointment and bought a humidifier on the way back home. My brother won't use it though. Says he doesn't feel better with it but worse so I guess I have a humidifier for myself now.

Good on all. I was home so got carrots put up, started the quilt construction. Then off to shopping and the vets to get dogs meds. Home again yo do the lights and set up yhe deer and other light ups. Looks like I have 2 sets out so will work on them tomorrow in daylight. Started to work on them but realized it would take up too much time so went to the setting up instead. My friend arrives tomorrow night need to tidy up a bit.

I was on track but no exercise. I also shopped yesterday. You were so right about seeing the doctor: I have a serious inner ear infection and need to take antibiotic and other meds for two weeks and come back to be seen. I feel good: no pain or fever just blockage. Went to Costco to get the new allergy medicine and had Bible study because it was Monday.

Outside to get the lawn blown off and grass help sprayed on. Also finished collecting the wood from the storms. Inside cleaning in prep for my friends arrival on Thursday night. Over with exercise. I went to the meeting in the morning and then cooked Greek style butter beans from a WW recipe. They were good but spicy as they were with crashed pepper flakes. We had to stay home as there was a possibility the owner's brother might be coming to exchange the light in the bathroom. He never came but I cleaned the bathroom and the floors while waiting. I got a hold of tea biscuits once I finally sat down late in the evening.

Went to the grocery store and then to the park. Tried reading but the going was tough so just got through a chapter. The book is called Year of Yes and it is a true story how Rhonda Rhimes accepted opportunities for a year and how that changed her life. She's the creator of Grey's Anatomy, Scandal and other shows on tv. I was on track with exercise.

Over on calories and fat. I was able to go shopping with my husband after a good sleep in. Then home to decide what to do out of my options. Decided to chip up the stick pile. Did 2 1/2 bags and got it out on the front flower bed. It is nice to not pay for mulch with mother nature suppling the wood it helps. Worked on the quilt after dinner. Then had to sit down and was able to watch 2 of my DVRs. Over all good.

It looks like one is wearing a shirt and a pullover but it's one top. The only thing is half of my closet is different sweatshirts...

Just 1 or 2 over on fat and calories. PT was the exercise. A little shopping, gots my meds, and gas on base. Home to drop off and go to PT. Back home to finish making the turkey crepes. Then off to the Temple. More relaxed tomorrow. Helping a friend then maybe quilt or lights on bushes out front. We'll see.

24th is when I take my body measurements and despite dropping a size there were only tiny losses in waist and hips. Very tiny. Good news the scale didn't go up after Thanksgiving. It looks like I have a day off today because nobody is posting jobs from what I've seen so far so I might get a chance to read. My brother had to answer work calls and is now working on his room.

I guess you know how any Thanksgiving dinner can go on calories . I did get exercise with clearing out one of the sheds so we could raise it above the ground level so doors could be opened without struggle. My son helped. Played games with family. Over all good day.

We ended up having a small yet very, very nice Thanksgiving. My brother's friend came over and we had an early celebration. My brother made turkey breast. He specializes in different roasts for the holidays and they always come out delicious. After dinner they watched a movie and I was able to read little bit. But the best part was we actually talked with my brother later. We actually sat down and talked together which was very nice.

Just got back from the book club that was extra enjoyable tonight as we had Indian food I love. I'm counting 10 points for that and am on track but no exercise as I was on a roll today applying for jobs. Went to TJ Maxx and Target in the morning and was able to replace my exercise pants before the holiday madness starts at the stores. All 3 pairs of my long exercise pants were too big on me and I got 2 new pairs.

Good on all points. I was home as no call. It was nice as I got the cranberries done, new sofa cover sewn up, bird house painted, house vaccumned, and PT. Redesigned the quilt top a bit as hubby thought the orginal was too busy. If home tomorrow will do outside leaves in the front and finish up storm clean up. Weather is going to be wonderful so outside I go. Need to get the birdhouse back up for use this winter.

Yes, he does a great job with the air conditioners. I was at home today. I exercised with a DVD, called a friend on her birthday and connected with my uncle on Skype. I still have points left for today. What is the channel your conferences were on just recently? I looked then but I looked in the program guide and I have just discovered that there are other "unlisted" channels on Dish.

On track with exercise. I went out shopping for a sweater and it turns out I've dropped a size so back home to do more work on the closet. Service at night. My brother took out all the air conditioners. It is a more involved process than with anybody else I know because they are attached to the window frames and electric tool is required to remove them. He also cleans all the filters and vacuums the air conditioners and all around them leaving no mess.

Good on all points. I was able to get lights on house and clean the backyard of leaves. Hubby roto-tilled the garden so it is ready for the winter. Hopefully tbis storm will not be as bad as the special alerts are saying. Glad your brother is getting help. I love barley soups.

I tracked but was over yesterday and today am on track but no exercise. Barley in the soup swelled so we got 1 more free day of soup after adding the broth. The recipe was from SkinnyTaste and they give all the nutritional information including smart points. My brother had enough sense today to see a specialist and finish work earlier. There was improvement in the morning but then the eye and the eyelid got red from the computer use I guess. I was able to send my resume to 4 different places today so that was a win. Went out to Aldi and the pharmacy and everybody was extra nice in the stores and while driving. Did 4 loads of laundry and tried talking to my brother about Thanksgiving. The weather forecast cleared and am hopeful I'll get to see my dad and stepmom.

Did well on all but exercise. Good day at school. PT did ok and neck is getting better. I hope to be done before Christmas. Looking to get lights on the house tomorrow so I won't have to worry about snow or others wise stopping me. Wow your brother is really having a tough time lately. He will miss you when you move out.

I've been up since 2:30 a.m. as I woke up and didn't go back to bed. Organized my closet and cleaned the apartment then cooked chicken barley soup. My brother went to work today but after work had to go to the emergency walk in center as he has a severe eye infection. He got an ointment and an oral antibiotic. The infection has spread down his face. He might need to see the specialist tomorrow.

Good on all points. I worked for a short time outside but had to stop after it started to rain. Then inside to work on cleaning and deciding on the fabric and colors for the next quilt. Then I read the paper and worked on the daily puzzles. Later I was able to go back outside and finish up a few things. Dinner and a BJ's run before a stop at JoAnn's fabrics to get more fabric and batting.

I made the dr appointment for Friday but my ear improved today. Housework and very frustrating job search then off to the park to walk, talk with my dad and off to the meeting and the grocery store. Then back home to finish laundry, more housework and finally another search through the job postings. I was slightly under today at 27 points. That is within a healthy range so I'm OK. The weigh in wasn't that great but it was in the afternoon so not so bad.

Good on all but fat. Over by 3. I fid not work outside the house. Lucky to sleep in as the dogs didn't get me up. Then after breakfast I staerted in on the house with dust, vaccumn, and mop. Ahh much better. Then outside to mow the leaves off the lawns. Pull the last of the summer blubs, and dead plants ftom the sunny garden. I also got the patio tanle and chairs covered and ready for winter. I had to go to PT so had to stop. If it stops rainning early then I will get more done. Only a little left.

I was over with no exercise and tracked breakfast only. My brother was working from home again. I was also at home except for a trip to Target. I might go to the meeting today switching to the Wednesday group for the next couple of weeks as my regular meeting falls on Thanksgiving.

Over on Calories. Good on else. I was able to work today in a 2nd grade class. Boy do tgey have energy. I know the teacher is out tomorrow but with PT I can't as I need to be in Mystic at 3:30. Watch the ear and if it gets worse have it checked as it might not have anything to do with bug.

It was a flying type of bug. I was walking one day and it flew right into my ear. When it happened I went to the ER and to 2 different ENT doctors and they cleaned it but the ear has not been the same since. I even went back to the ENT doctor last year to double check if anything was left but he said no. It's now painful to the touch when I wash it but I'm not running a fever so I don't think it needs to be checked out. I'll give it another couple of days. I am over today with no exercise and haven't even tracked beyond breakfast. I went to a Polish store today which is what usually my brother does over the weekend but he was just too sick. I also did little bit of his laundry. He worked from home today and went to bed shortly afterwards. I had a Bible study tonight. We're doing a series entitled the great chapters of the Bible. We're doing Phillipians last week and now we're into Genesis 22/Abraham's sacrifice.

Good on all. I had a good day at school with doing Spanish classes. I was able get some of the plants put away for the winter. Pulled more bulbs for drying out. Tomorrow I will get the last bulbs out of the sunny garden to dry and get put away. No job yet but we will see by morning. Willing to work this week. Strange that bug could still be in your ear and not gone. What kind was it?

The soup came out really good. I didn't track it but used non-fat stock and chicken breast meat so it must have been low on points/calories. I thought I was getting an ear infection but now think this is something related to having a bug fly into my ear a couple of years ago. My ear hasn't been the same since even though I went to a couple of doctors to have it cleaned at the time.

Good on calories and a little exercise. Over on fat. Went to church as we had stake conference. Spent the rest of the day at home. Got a job for tomorrow. It is best as it is going to rain and I can't do the outside work. Time to do things when I get home.

Finished the book and was home. Was wearing a hat all day as my ear hurts. Had 36 points and no exercise. I watched Nick Stellino on CPTV and have a recipe for a chicken meatball soup so that's what I'll be doing today once I get all the ingredients.

Over on Calories and fat. Have been ok on exercise and water. Over with Dunkin hot chocolate. I got the front flower beds cleared out. Sorry to take ants who were still trying but they will go soon and I can't watch as they die slowly. Hearing it could snow between next weekend and Thanksgiving is not making me all that happy. Want to get lights on the house by Thanksgiving but this snow will create an issue. No wood chipping as it was so cold I didnt want to stay out longer.

I was under yesterday and over today. No exercise. Felt weak in the morning but better later on. The book reads super fast. It's amazing how well Saroo fit with his birth family once he found them after all those years. The wind subsided here and am looking forward to a warmer day tomorrow. My brother has severe laryngitis and is finally on antibiotic now. Problem is he's also taking loads of over the counter stuff as he usually does. He wasn't so keen on going to the doctor sooner because he still had a painkiller left from the time the doctor prescribed it for his leg.

I did well on all but exercise. I woke with a mild headache but it isn't better even with Tylenol. I went to PT and learned 2 more exercises. Stayed inside as it is too cold. I may go out tomorrow to the church down the streets tag sale. Usually go on this night but couldn't bring myself to go. Glad your brother is trying to do something about the loss of voice. I will do more cross stitch tonight.

Didn't feel up to going to the meeting but later felt better and went to the store. My brother finally came home at 4 but didn't want to go to the walk in clinic. Fortunately this morning he's contacted his doctor. He can't talk so it's about time. I don't have much to do today. I should clean but will see if I'm up to it. There are a lot of details in the book that weren't in the Lion movie. For example, once Saroo got to Calcutta he attempted to catch a train back home for days if not weeks.

Good on all points. I stayed in until about 1:30. Then out back to work on the flower beds and the garden. All down and supports put away. Water system out of garden and only half a row of carrots left. I pulled a lot so I could can them for later tomorrow. PT tomorrow otherwise not going outside. Hope you don't get that cold.

Woke up with a bad dream and don't want to go back to sleep now. 32 points and exercise. Applied for a job and went to the park and then was home cooking dinner, doing laundry and reading. My brother has a cold now and it's so severe he can't talk. He doesn't want to go to the doctor and is self-medicating as always. I took extra vitamin C and gargled with salt water before going to bed and am OK now.

Good on all points. Got the garden peppers in today along any flowers still out there. Harvested the catnip and started drying it. I keep it in the house for the cats all winter and spring before it starts anew in the spring. Covered a few things and will let the others go as they all will. Had my 1st physical therapy today. It is not arthrists nut a very tight muscle group. I have exercises to do daily and will see them 3 times a week for this month. Changed over my wardrobe this morning to winter. So sad. It is cold and I don't like it eithet. Friday will be awful.

I was over with no exercise yesterday. Struggled to keep warm and didn't do half of what I had planned. For example I was supposed to go get a haircut but it was just too cold and I couldn't bring myself to go. Hoping for a better day today.
