Good on all points. Spent the day sanding and sanding. I was to afraid to stain as disappointment would not be fun. I need to look close to see if it there will be marks I won't want and remove them. Cross your fingers as I really want to move on. Cleaning up the garage and tarpping for the sezlong of the other pieces. Judt cant do that until i stop sanding as dust on surfa e would be very bad.

I was over and no exercise. Normally if I eat 1 slice of bread a day that's a lot and yesterday I must have had at least 5 slices and didn't even feel stuffed. All I can say is that I've been mightily relieved to have my brother back and to receive good results. Need to get back on track today. Happy your results were good as well.

Good on all points. I was able to strip all parts of the chest of drawers. The drawers are sanded and ready to stain. I need to check them to be sure of the sanding but they looked good. The chest needs to be sanded tomorrow. I will have will company with my friends kids coming for a few hours. I need to clean up the garage and tarp it so sealing may start. Wish me luck. Glad the test came out on the good side. My blood test showed that all is good.

The results of my breast ultrasound are good or rather very, very good. Normal tissue and not even fibrocystic as I expected. I am very, very grateful to God as I have been very worried since I've been in pain since the beginning of July and finally went for an ultrasound today. I guess as I'm losing weight I'm shrinking everywhere and this must be causing this pain. No other explanation.

My brother was gone all day as he went to the beach so I got little bit more out of him just now before he went to bed. I am over and over by a lot. I have exercise though. There wasn't much to do so I even took a nap just to kill time.

Calories and fat over as I did linger longer and enjoyed the pasta and vegetable salads. I got the chest of drawers emptied and the guys took it down for me. I will put the last stain on the furniture and start working on the chest. Should have it ready to sand or possibly stain by Tuesday. Just a relaxing day instead of go go. Maybe once your brother gets his time change adjusted be will have more to tell.

We were home at 8 and my brother was sleeping by 9. This morning I've been trying to find out little bit about different relatives but haven't been successful so far. "How is aunt J.?" "She's OK" "How is aunt Z.?" "She's OK." That's all I got so far.

Well planned a quiet day at home with the grand daughters here. Instead we took them to the movie Nut Job 2. It was very good and we had the theater to ourselves. Told the girls we booked for just us. Good day . Got the furniture sanded and how I want it. Just in the re stain process before sealing.

My brother's home. The plane was slightly delayed but the shuttle from the airport took only slightly over 2 hours. We've just walked in. I have 31 points and exercise.

Good on all points today. Spent some of the morning working on the back lawn as the dead spots from the dogs are not growing back as fast as I want. Then on to the deck sanding. It worked well. I thought I was done but do not like the look of the top of the dresser so I started sanding again. Will finish tomorrow and hope to stop sanding by end of weekend and seal cost Monday. I really need to finish this and get started on the chest of drawers. I have learned so much about how to work the sander and paper so it should go faster. Glad your ready for your brother. Sounds like you are getting along better lately. Grand daughters coming tomorrow morning.

33 points and exercise. I've been drinking a lot of green tea ever since last month and am now trying a Pu-Erh tea mix with other herbs. So far I'm just testing it little bit to see if I can continue with it. I'm ready for my brother's arrival. I just have to cook some sides and am all set. He put flowers at our Mom's grave today.

I did fine on all points. Worked on the furniture and bought more stain. Now I have the correct combination of colors. I also learned that hand Sanding is best for the problem areas. I was also able to do some trimming of the gardens and finish the mowing my husband couldn't finish yesterday. I will work on the furniture more tomorrow. Hope to start the sealing soon.

32 points for yesterday but no exercise as it was my recovery day. I had 6 workouts in a row in the previous days but they were all short. My brother made a trip outside of Warsaw yesterday to a place where we used to spend most of our vacations as children over 40 years ago. I think that place was so great I'd consider going to Poland just to visit there. A new resort was built there but some of the old landmarks are still in place like the fountain by the entrance or the tennis courts.

Over on Calories and fat as I have been eating chocolate for dessert. The deck is ready for finish sanding. The side of the dresser is a mess and I need to solve that. Worked most of the day on the deck and got the front lawn mowed. Tired and still can't move the arm up to far. Trying to work the shot in.

The meeting was fine but the weigh-in was kind of upsetting as I'm weighing in 2.5 lbs for the week at home while at WW it was only 1.2. We talked about diet myths such as that a pound of fat weighs less than a pound of muscle while that's not true because a pound is a pound. Went to Costco and got a couple of items for my brother's return. I'll throw the laundry in now and will be working on one of the three articles I need to prepare as part of an application process. I'll post my points later. I have weekly points now but need to save them because we'll be having chicken wings and 1 wing is a whopping 7 points.

Over on Calories and fat. Good on water and exercise. I went for my blood tests, set up bone scan, and mammogram. I couldn't pick up meds as doctor sent to stop n shop not the base. It will be corrected. Got my booster shot for pneumonia. Then got a hair cut and went to get more stain. Did the furniture and sanded the deck more. Hand sanding tomorrow the areas the sander can't do. The front has given me a migraine for most of the day. Ugh!! Glad you were left alone today to do what you needed.

30 points and walking. The leg is good for 2 miles but that's OK. Peaceful day. Had a good conversation with my brother. No contact with the landlady. Her daughter is on vacation so her son came to do the garbage. I was able to run my searches 3 times today.

Good to hear you're feeling better. I am worried that you're exposed to the chemicals in that stain but from what you said you're doing this outside so you're safe.

Good on all points today. I was able to get up and then go outside and trim and weed the sunny garden. Cleaned that up and then inside to cool off. After a short rest down to the garage to continue sanding off the wrong color. I was doing the feet on the dresser when I knocked over the new can of stain we got on Saturday. What a mess. The lid came off and stain all over the floor. I was able to move the drawers and deck to paper towel it up. Only a little on some corners so washed off the sanded when it dried. All good except no stain. It was a good accident though as I learned the stain was too dark. Now I will go lighter. Oh well things happen. Tired for sure. I will just work on new stain and continue sanding deck tomorrow. Feeling better.

30 points and a kickboxing workout. Going to bed now. I am now unofficially 1 pound away from the weight I was at mid October. The pants I had on are a tad too tight yet but botton and zip OK. Looking forward to the weigh in on Wednesday. I was able to be proactive, respectful but very firm today and enjoyed some peace as a result. Two weeks into August and I've already saved between $50 and $100 in my combined food & health & beauty budget category. I don't think I'm doing too much for my brother's return. Might clean the apartment and cook a soup but that's about it. I'll buy him his milk but not much more.

30 points and swimming. I no longer have weekly points. All the bathroom stuff was in the kitchen, hallway and the living room because they said painting would happen "after Sunday". I've been trying to find out when for days and finally now they are saying it won't be this week and they don't know when or if.

I was good on all but exercise. I am a bit better but cramps still get to me. I took a nap and it has helped this evening be better. I need to get back to doing things. Outside trimming and the furniture. We will see when I get up.

I think you'll be much better by this evening as Sundays are usually when you rest. I was over and over by a lot yesterday having Cashew butter and two slices of bread with cheese and mayo. This happens to me occasionally. I just want to eat something without tracking and thinking about it and fruit and veggies no longer do it. This shows up on the scale almost instantaneously. It didn't help that I was jumpy all day thinking the owner's mother is coming over here again. When I finally relaxed little bit in the afternoon is when she called again.

Good on all points but fat. I ate as needed but most of the time was ok. I still have a fever so home will be tomorrow. Went out for a very short trip to Home Depot to change out the the stain and get more sand paper. That was enough for sure. Hope to do better by Tuesday so I can get my blood tests and schedule my other things. Feel bloated with this flu. UGH!!

I'm going to be low on all but water. I have an intestinal flu. Had a temperature of 100.4 last night and this morning. Still went for my physical as doctor said come anyway. He said it was the Noro virus. I don't even know anyone who is or was sick lately so ???? Sort of spoiled the last day with the boys for me.

Hot water valve is leaking. The plumber is still here and the owner's mother is in the kitchen or talking to the plumber. Supposedly she's here so that I can go out but 5 minutes ago she laid down on the couch in the kitchen and said she's taking a nap with all the doors wide open. Yesterday they were here till about 3 o'clock. Then I had to run to Target to get the shower curtain rod that broke. I barely had time to clean up and when I was straight from the shower there was a knock on the door: the owner's mother came again with somebody to look at the tile. When she broke into a long spiel about not having money for the tile work I'd already heard 3 times yesterday I said I was very sorry but I have to get ready as I'm going out. She was deeply offended but left.

Calories, fat, water, exercise, and healthy choices are all good. I was able to replace 3 sections of the garden fence with chicken wire. More to go but had to move on to spraying plants as the bugs are trying to kill them. I still want produce. Then on to trimming to get ready for the lawn mowing. After that lunch and off to the lake for the last time. I tried to get to the blood drive but they already had too many walking. It was best as it turned out as I came home and didn't feel well so I finally took my temperature as I felt funny. Yes 100.3. I guess I wouldn't have qualified if they took it at the drive. I really didn't know I wasn't well even though I felt funny/bad. Took Tylenol as I was achy. Well I shall rest tonight but I have a physical tomorrow morning. Ugh! Hope all turned out well with the fan.

I had 35 points and no exercise yesterday. It's great that you can do all that swimming at the lake. I just ran my searches for the first time today as earlier I went to Costco to get fruit and it got busy here with the plumber in the bathroom and the owner and her mom in the kitchen. Hoping for the best and as much as I don't like the plumber it looks like he knows what he's doing with that fan.

I was great until dinner. Hubby wanted Chinese so no matter what you eat you will go over. Worked on the dresser and drawers today. Sanded off the stain on all but 3 drawers. Tomorrow I will finish fixing the wrong stain. Set back on finishing but that's ok. Daughter came and we went to the lake. Then later back for dinner and games. I went on the Wibit as my grand daughter couldn't if I didn't so on i went twice. Exercise and water good.

Made it to the meeting this morning. 2 months on WW and 12 lbs down. Kind of slow but I'll take it. We talked about stigma associated with being bigger and other things and how not to let it in and also how not to take it upon ourselves to perpetuate it by being down on ourselves and negative. My brother flew from Western Poland to Warsaw today where he visited cousins and is now with the other cousin where he's staying while there. Tomorrow we're having major construction work in the bathroom as the plumber/handyman is coming in to put in the fan. The fan is easy to do but he needs to drill the exhaust tunnel to the outside of the house because otherwise the fan is just spinning it's wheels doing nothing. They are saying it will take a whole day.

Over on Calories but good otherwise. Sand3d the furniture and stained it. Well not a fan of the color so tomorrow morni g will continue to change it. I will get it where I want it. Just taking longer with the missteps and equipment problems. Took kids to lake late then home for family cookout with my son's family. Daughter coming tomorrow and off to the lake again for a while. It was much better today as I spent just 5 minutes on Skype with my brother only who wore a shirt this time and didn't put the phone on the table as they were serving dessert insisting I participate in their conversation like he did yesterday. Had a haircut with a new hairdresser who I like very much and went to the park and the library. I have 33 points and exercise. My stepmom got me two different Indian packaged dishes and spinach & chives pasta so I'm eating that but the serving sizes have to be very small or else it's a lot of points. I got an Indian lentils dish for tomorrow that's very low on points so am looking forward to that. How was your day?

All points good. Spent most of the day stripping the deck and sanding the dresser and the drawers. Seems like I should be done and only a fine Sanding left then re stain. But of course the pad that holds the sand paper on the orbital sander came loose. I have it gortilla glued and will check tomorrow. Hope it holds as I was 1 drawer to finishing today. Glad you get to talk with your brother. Maybe you could compromise with you family and talk 1 time a month or so.

Looks like a very nice weekend for you. Epsom salt instead of exercise for me yesterday and 32 points. My brother looks good or even very good. Not much activity for me. I've been exploring different freelancing opportunities but so far nothing became of it. Trying to take a step forward but getting a 'no' every time. Not sure why that is.

I didn't get to talk with my brother, maybe today. He's been too busy to talk to me for over a week now. He'd text when he was in transit but that's about it. Apparently he's a completely different person while there with energy and time for everybody. I had 35 points and exercise and didn't do much of anything. I was right about going over on many points today. The movie Dark Tower was good. Dinner at 99. Just got back from walking and am thrilled because I was able to walk uphill and there was no pain so my leg is definitely better. I have points to spare but will be low on protein today. My brother completed his business trip and made way across the entire Poland today to visit our uncle. There were plane delays in two cities but it all turned out OK. I might get to see him and talk more with him Sunday over Skype. Other than that I went to Costco to get fruit and watched Dr. Oz. I check what the topic is and then I record it if I want to see it.

All good today as I went to Board of Ed to get back on the substitute list for the next school year. Then home to get a few items done before going out to weed the entire garden. It took 6 hours so no snacking when not in the house. Tomorrow we are off to breakfast, a movie, then dinner. I don't think I will track but we will see.

The procedure went well. Mostly clear but they will test to be sure. I use a palm size rotary sander not just me moving the paper to sand. No work on that today. Did errands and lawns. Then off to the lake. I will be over on Calories and fat today as we went out to lunch and had a hot lobster roll and chowder. When I have ice cream for dessert I will be over. I will get to work again on the dresser tomorrow.

Over significantly today with little sleep and a series of thunderstorms that took over 6 hours to clear. Refinishing furniture is a very tough job. I helped sand down window frames once and know for sure that anything involving sand paper is difficult. I have considered doing my car and an old yellow desk but decided against it because of the sand paper mostly. Tomorrow I'll have to do some extra work in the bathroom and start clearing the fridge to wash it. There is a woman on WW who empties her fridge completely every Friday, goes food shopping Saturday and does a meal prep on Sunday filling the fridge back up for the week. May the appointment go well tomorrow!

Over on fat but all else good. Worked on the dresser deck and spent a few hours sanding. Then put on stripper and washed off a lot of the previous stain. It still needs work. We moved it into the garage before the storm hit. Took the kids to the lake and found the Wibit free today. Kids could go on it 3 times before we had to leave. I am still sore but should have some time off tomorrow with husbands appointment and 2 other errands to run. I will get more stripper and other items so I can continue. Glad you could share the soup. I would always need more than a banana for lunch.

I might have switched to the Polish time (6 hrs ahead). The other night I was in bed by 9 and now I'm up texting my brother before 3 a.m. Don't feel like going back to bed. I invited my brother's friend to come over today to finish the soup as I know he likes it a lot. He's around 80, still works full time and is very, very skinny as he restricts his food to the point where his lunch is just a banana.

Over on Calories by 11. All others good. Spent the day tryi h to get the finish off the dresser. Most stubborn as I expected to be done around 12 or 1. Finished and I mean finished around 5 instead. Repeated stripping of the finish and lots of scrubbing with steel wool. Then in to do dinner as it is my husband's birthday. Daughter came and we spent the evening playing games. Boys leave in a week in a half. Short time but need to finish the dresser and get it back in before I start another piece. Hopefully the dresser decking top won't be so tough tomorrow and we can get to the lake.

I think it went well. They are extremely particular about their food and my stepmom doesn't buy anything unless she reads a complete list of ingredients and everything is natural. Lunch/early dinner was 21 points for me including 9 points for a slice of coffee cake. We spent the rest of the time in front of the computer in my room where I was showing them SparkPeople, WW and Daily Burn. We then went on YouTube and watched little bit of different level Zumba workouts and they got hold of an informercial for a digestive supplement and wanted to watch that as they are also heavily into supplements. I have 27 points today and am just having little bit of that cold soup that's left today. Fruit otherwise.

Calories, water, exercise, healthy choices are good. Did go over on Fat. O well that happens just not often. The visit to the doctor resulted in an appointment on Thursday to have the area that is rebuilding an abscess drained. It is unfortunate but needed. Not wanting surgery so this may do it. I started the dresser and have finished stripping the 6 drawers . The dresser and deck are out back ready to be stripped in the morning. I will hopefully be able to sand the items and get them ready for restaining a lighter color. Still have a chest of drawers to do and possibly the cedar chest. My night stand will be last. That should do me in for sure but it is the final project I want to do this summer. Hope everything turns out good.

37 points today (Monday). I was getting ready for tomorrow all day. Made Polish cold summer soup. It's kefir with cooked grated beets, chopped scallions, dill, radishes and cucumber. In addition the beets' stems and leaves are chopped and cooked and added to that. Oh, and hard boiled eggs go inside as well. It's very tasty. Beets take 2 hours to cook so in the past I got canned. How did it go today?

I have 30 points but very low on protein: will have to watch it tomorrow. Slept the whole night through for the first time in a long time. My brother arrived safely and almost on time at his destination. Was on the phone with him briefly 3 times plus we exchanged messages. Tomorrow I'm just doing one check on him in the evening. Went to the park where I was able to walk more so I guess Epsom salt worked. Just when I thought I can put my feet up I found out my dad and stepmom are coming not Thursday but Tuesday so off I went food shopping and tomorrow I have to prep. Haven't seen them in over a year. Praying you will have good news from the doctor tomorrow. Have a good night!

I did fine on all points. Church was fine and the weather is great. One more good weather day so will start the dresser rehab. Hoping that I can get the finish off and some of the dark stain so I can lighten up the surface. Hope you see the results as good. Off to husbands doctor tomorrow. He will ask about the lump he is getting.

I am over for the day. Should have between 30 and 35 points daily and I have to see but it's more than that. Got around to do an Epsom soak I've been meaning to do for weeks. Wasn't motivated to do it because I don't usually see great results from that but everybody is saying this works so be it. My cousin called and we had a long chat. The service was great. It was entitled God's got this and this morning around 8 a.m. (12 hours before the service) I bought a simple charm bracelet that says ... You got this...

Stayed on track today but a slower pace. Spent morning catching up with papers and mail. Then later when it warmed up I took the kids to the lake. My husband took the other grandson to see Dunkirk. Then off to dinner and BJs . Got to read while at the lake. Some gardening and pick up from the dogs. Hopefully a very quiet day tomorrow.

Staying on track. Lost 10 lbs but I'm still a couple of pounds over what I was at when I saw you. It was crazy here with my brother going away. At the last moment I decided I'd make a couple of gifts and was all over the place trying to get them. All is very quiet now and I'm not sure what I'm doing till the service tonight.

I did well yesterday but for the first time in months did not spin the wheel on spark. I was was busy with cleaning the back 3 season room and washing the 12 5 ft awing windows. Took until 2 then shower and get going to make the temple on time. Will let you know later on today.

Can walk on a flat surface but not up the hill. No exercise today just the heating pad. I have 34 points with 11 weeklies and 2 fit points left over for the week that's ending tonight. Thursday night we have a new video available from Oprah who's lost weight on WW and bought out a controlling stake in the company. She's also actively involved with the members and features either a single member or member comments in her videos. Once a month she does a new recipe and once a month she talks about a topic of choice like forgiveness which is due next week. Those videos are very short but add onto the WW site that's not as dynamic as SP.

My leg was worse today so no exercise. 35 points 7 of which are for 2 flat tbsps of mayonnaise. Didn't really have any point food until later in the day. Went to Costco to get fruit hoping I won't have to go back over the weekend. Then home with some light housework and running searches without finding anything to apply for. I haven't dropped a size yet but I'm getting there as the clothes are looser.

All points are good. I did a few small things, like put everything back in the seeing cabinet, then after lunch took the kids to the lake for 2 hours. Then home to do the lawns. It looks like I will be swimming in kids tomorrow. 4 grand kids and 3 of a friend's. Lake is on the schedule as they can entertain themselves there. The morning is the time when all of us will be together in the house or backyard. Let you know how I fair. Quiet Friday morning will help before I am off to work at the temple.

Was able to walk little bit so am very happy about that. Can't do squats though so weight DVDs will have to wait. We had chicken masala, Jasmin rice and okra for dinner. I used a sauce from a jar I got at Target so it was less work but wasn't the same as homemade. In all dinner was 10 points and I have 29 points for the day. Other than that laundry and job search. I wouldn't be able to be around banana bread and homemade especially because it's so great. You're doing great if you can be around a pie and banana bread at the same time and still stay within the ranges.

All points good just close to top. I fixed the bird houses and put them back up. Cleaned anit more but mostly cooked and baked this morning. Slow cooker dinner of pork chops, lemon mirangue pie, and the favorite banana bread ( half gone with this group). I can do 1 more with the bananas I have left. We will see. Wish I felt better but tomorrow will tell. Allergy pills always needed until wi tee really sets in. I take one all year round.

29 points and exercise as I did the floors today. We ended up getting the rain but then it was gone in the afternoon. I ran out of allergy pills and was too cheap to get them at the pharmacy and am feeling the effects just from missing one pill despite the rain. Hopefully you will be back to yourself tomorrow. You do so much it's no wonder you're tired. Have a good night!

I did well on each area. Cleaned the house and did a visit with a sister from church. Learned how to do the dressing of husband incision as I will have to do it from now on. Very tired this evening and not sure why. Reading my book and relaxing is all I can seem to do.

35 points again yesterday. Was at home with not much to do. Just little bit of housework and that was it. My brother was at the beach all day yesterday and Friday when he had a day off. Tracking was a huge challenge for me on SP and it's so much easier on WW. I'm now tracking everything except for 0 point foods. There is also the WW Simply Filling method where you don't track as long as you stick to the list of foods. No daily points just weeklies for extras that are not on the list.

I didn't track last 2 days but very possible that over on Saturday. Today ok. We did a lot as a family for Alex's birthday. He turned 10 today but yesterday was a better going out. Today I did church and later my daughter showed up for games and dinner. We did not get rain so it better show up tomorrow. Hope you get somewhere with WW. Really showing up the soreness from 5 days of work in the garden.

I had 35 points today which is ideal although maybe I should have less if I'm not exercising. The leg isn't better yet. Made watermelon ice cream. It's good but can't have too much because it's very sweet from watermelon only. Add very little milk: half a cup for 3 cups watermelon is plenty as watermelon is very juicy by itself. Went to the WW meeting and we talked about mindfulness today.

All points good. Lots of gardening credit and finished in 6 hours. I feel better but need to heal up the multiple scratches I got. I'm sure the up keep will be easier. Even the baby grass is starting to emerge in my bare spots from the dogs. I am still hoping for no new ones. I hear that we are getting storms for a good 24 hour period . I will now lax up on the water and let mother nature do the work. Glad your better.

I stopped the shakes and feel better already. I got a plant based protein sweetened with stevia that's much better and does the trick because once I have it I feel full for hours on end. I only have 21 points today. I've been avoiding all events with food but went to a reception for the arts exhibit this evening. I hated it. The smell of pulled pork was everywhere and just about everybody had either a glass or a plate in hand. I enjoyed the paintings but will not go to any receptions any time soon or ever. A couple of weeks ago I didn't go to a reception but went to the closing day instead and that was so much better.

Not so good with points. Went to Target early and then was home running searches, doing housework and cooking a nice dinner. For the past 2 weeks or so I've been drinking a high protein shake and really enjoyed the convenience. It is sweetened little bit with sucralose (splenda). I was congratulating myself on being able to do this until it caught up with me and I have to stop drinking these shakes and see what's going on or else I have a new medical problem. I think it's sucralose though as I'm also allergic to aspartame (nutrasweet).

Good on all with lots of exercise. I know it is hot but planted in sunny garden with the water on. Worked on the garden as I needed to patch holes from intruders. My vegetables not theirs. Need to finish tomorrow. Watered all gardens. Hopefully mother nature will water tomorrow night. Shopping with grandson for his Birthday presents. He did well with his own wireless mouse, virtual glasses that works with my phone, and another fidgit spinner.

I have 38 points for today which is slightly more than I would like to have but I still have 11 weeklies left till Friday. Not sure if I should be eating those weeklies if I don't have any exercise points. Colored my hair, went to the bank and to Aldi again. Aldi has 2 lbs grapes for $3 while Costco has 4 lbs for $8 and they are not as good quality as those at Aldi. Job search in the afternoon. Applied for a contract job in New Haven and talked to the owner of a commercial construction company about a job. The call didn't go very well but at least I've tried.

Calories and all others are good. I worked out back and finished up the backyard grass. Now to wait to see the results. Cross your fingers. I also went shopping and used my gift card and 2 - $10 coupons. It saved me 120 over all but spent the same. 15 new plants. All perennial. Hope your day was good.

32 points for yesterday (Monday). I waited to go out walking and when it finally cooled down went out and had to come back within a couple of minutes as my leg was really bad. Need to rest it for a couple of days. Not sure what I'm doing when my brother goes away. I might tackle a couple of extra things here at home. The new neighbors are working out fine although we're thinking they didn't expect such a close little community in here.

All good on points. Mowed the lawn and painted my sewing cabinet twice. Ran a few errands in the afternoon to get more propane and gas ,for all my empty cans. Should be good for the summer and beyond. Started work on the urine Brown patches from the dogs. I got some stuff that is suppose to aid regrowth and prevent more. Hope so. Our other dog is now sick like Nevaeh was but he doesn't ask to go out and has messed in the house a lot today. Needless to say I'm really tight. I kenneled him for the night to be sure he wouldn't do it again.

Was able to do a short workout with a DVD. Other than that went to the pharmacy, did laundry and made a bean dip. The dip was not thick enough as I used tomatoes instead of a tomato paste. There was a recipe for a watermelon ice cream today from SP and I wanted to make honeydew/cashew milk ice cream but the melon wasn't ripe enough. They are saying to cube the melon, freeze it for 2-3 hours and then put in the food processor with a milk or yogurt of choice.

I stayed home with hubby. The visiting nurse came and told us what will occur then took care of clean up and rebanage. I usually do not do a lot on Sundays but the things left undone had to be dealt with. The hanging branch that broken on the tree out back fell. It took out a hanging plant and 2 birdhouses. Branch was so big I had to get my son yo help move it. Washed the dogs and did their treatments that were suppose to be done yesterday. Had laundry to do also. Then put the furnace room back together and made dinner. Now just watching tv. Hubby moving slow but sure. Lots of Napping. Bad to have pain in that area gor you.
