I posted this information on my blog but was asked to remove it today. The Jay Robb flush makes claims to heal some illnesses(I beleive this to be true, as I eliminated high blood pressure as a result of flushing more than once a month) but it violates community rules.

So for those of you who asked, here's the flush. I do recommend you get the pamphlet explaining in more detial how this works and also get his book, the "Diet". The "Diet" book will basically just help you understand the importance of elminating toxins from your life and being a careful label reader....


Soo..here you go.

Daily Grocery list:
16 ozWhey protein or egg white protein or Soy (ladies only) protein
fresh fruit of choice
raw salad vegetables- variety is important
1 avocado if used as a salad topping
Olive oil or flax seed for dressing
2 lemons or lime for dressing
1-2 gallons pure water
3-6 oz fish, chicken or beef or egg whites

DAY one:

8AM- 6 oz glass of protein mix
10AM- same as above
12pm- same as above
2pm- same as above
4pm- same as above
6pm - 3-6 cups raw vegetable salad and 3-6 oz lean chicken, fish, turkey or beef or 4-8 egg whites scrambled. Dressing can only be lemon juice and olive oil. Or substitute dressing with fresh avocado

Note: Drink 8-12 oz glass water one hour after you consume each protein drink or meal.

DAY 2 and 3:
8am- One serving fresh fruit
10am- same as above
12pm-same as above
2pm-same as above
4pm-same as above

In the meantime, please go out and buy a protein powder with NO added ingredients or vitamins or sweetners. Whey or Soy is ideal. This may be your challenge as it's hard to find a good one without crap in it.

Had a fat weekend? Getting ready for a wedding? Feeling a plateau?

Kick start it with the Jay Robb fruit flush.

by increasing protein intake and limiting fat intake for three days- you flush away WATER retention and force your body to burn stored fat.

It's not a lifestyle but it can be incorporated as a serious detox in any normal and healthy eating plan.

I do them at least once a month.

I haven't browsed his site much yet. His tiny booklet on fasting inspired me to get his book that started it all.

so they sent me his cookbook by mistake, then told me to keep it. Now they promise me the diet book by Saturday and I wait. I beleive he started the low carb nightmare in the 90's... so he's fixed on fixing up peoples knowledge on that and what his intentions on the diet are.

Like I said, he cured his own ailments through eating well. That's hella good and cheap!

Ah yes, France the cheap whore... my kinda friend, um kinda? hee hee hee.. We have a place in that tartlet of a country... I shant say where- but I'll try not to get too tempted.

I can't wait to though....I just can't wait...

he's got a bunch of yummy recipes on his site! Thank you daaarling. I'm not really looking at the fast as a way to loose weight, but to really put myself back in the mindset and give myself a good kick in the ass.

ALSO!! Don't forget about us while you're gone and take loads of pictures, I want to see and cry about how I'm not there anymore.


And don't let France tempt you like a cheap whore with all the tasty delights!! Sure she looks and feels good at the time, but you'll regret giving in later.

Sorry, it's Jay robb, not Ray.. (he's all over the net, btw)

Talk to your health food store or vitamin store. They'll help you...

:) Just be real about your expectations of weight loss. This is a cleanse and it drops some pounds. Keeping them off is AGAIN part of a lifestyle goal. So plan ahead for that.

Good call starting a thread on this subject matter...

The booklet by ray robb is only $5.00 or so.

Again, it's relatively easiest than most.

I started both mine after the weekend.... but good luck doing it. Any way you slice it it's only 3 days!
