(giggle) I call it sexercise, it is certainly our favorite! They say that the best exercise to do is one that you actually enjoy doing and that you will want to keep doing and not have to force yourself, so It BETTER COUNT. hee hee.
They probably don't acknowledge it on most sites or counters because like someone else said, some people find sexual things offensive, even the mention of it.
Also if one person just lays there like a ragdoll and does nothing while their partner does everything that person isn't burning many calories haha.
For others of us though that are overheated and need to keep water on the nightstand for fear of dehydration, that is another story. So it is probably hard to calculate due to the differentials in between hey? haha

I would totally track it Liz. I mean, if Acting is a workout why not sex? Not that I fake it or anything. hahaha. Okay I digress. Seriously, I was bored and just having fun when I asked. Now I'm downright curious.
Busy Sex = calories burned. Google it twostep... I'm curious to see what you come up with!

I'm only as strong as the coffee I drink and the hair spray I use...

That is my favorite kind of excercise - I read an article in Cosmo a couple of years ago about that and how many calories sex really does burn. Maybe I will google it, post it, and we can add it to our favorites
Maybe the subject is a little toooo risque` for some folks. Great question!

"Never regreat anything, because at one time, it was exactly what you wanted"
If I was having any to count, I wouldn't count it. I wouldn't even think of that even though it does burn calories. But unfortunately, I just have to stick to the regular kind of aerobics. Hopefully someday I'll have to "worry" about how to track sex.
