Day 20 here in 260-ville, after a slight detour down an annoyingly muddy path called Eating Out Lane, I'm almost back to the middle of town and it's beautiful, refreshing fountain full of sparkling water...3.96 mile beach walk tonight to finish out my second 13.1 walk/run this month! Some of my earlier walk/run's for this one were just a 1 mile loop in my neighborhood by the duck pond and a local park with a long boardwalk, sidewalks through the woods and dirt trails that I hadn't visited since college.
I heard a rumor that THERE IS AN EXIT TO THIS PLACE! Look for the cobble stone path lined with a crooked white picket fence and many overgrown plants and flowers. Don't stop too long and smell the roses, keep walking! At the end of the path there is a gate with an arch all covered over in vines. You might need to duck a little or even turn sideways a bit, but open that gate and it leads on down the road to 250-ville! I hear it's a lot nicer there! The gate isn't locked, all you need to do to get to it is follow the path and open the door!
