Hi everyone,

I'm brand new to this. I'm a special education teacher, divorced, and about to turn 43. I've been slowly gaining weight since my divorce, pretty much eating whatever I feel like eating. I've lost 4 pounds just in the first week on this program, and I'm already feeling better. I love the nutrition tracking aspect. It's given me a good look at how poorly I've been eating, and some great alternatives that I can try.
