Otherwise - Salad, eggs (HB) are great! I think I will make a veggie tray too as we are going out for dinner

I plan on eating the hard boiled eggs, strawberries and asparagus...jelly beans if I need any Easter Candy. Also, I told my 21 year old daughter that I would clean her apartment for her Easter/Birthday present, so I'll kill two birds with one stone!

I don't have kids in my house, so it's easy to control the amount of candy. Looking forward to Easter dinner though, and will just focus mainly on the spring veggies!

I'm going to try to get my husband on board with the idea that we only need limited amounts of chocolate in the baskets this year.
Aside from the chocolate, Easter hasn't been much of an issue for me in the past. Especially if Ham is served. (I am not a ham eater.)
