Hubby and I have sort of adopted a lot of the Somona Mediterranean diet to our lifestyle. some of the recipes are so simple and healthy. We use olive oil at our house for 90 percent of meals. We also use coconut, Grapeseed oils. We love the fresh clean taste these oils afford our foods. These diets consist of a lot of fresh fruits, veggies and fish. You can check the Somona Diet out online. I have not joined as I have the book and I get the newsletters and check what they have each week.
Hey guys. Hope all you guys are well. I was wondering if anyone here uses any mediterranean recipes. I'm want to try the diet, but when I looked at some cookbooks today they were kind of elaborate dishes. I would consider myself a beginner slowly edging towards intermediate....Hahaha. Any ideas?
