I don't know what you drink your teas out of but coastal sernity has the perfect to go tea cup.. it is clear, doubl insulated.. you drop your loose tea in the bottom and then screw on the screen, then screw on the cap.. to drink you just unscrew the cap..

I will take a pic and post it to my pictures on my sparkpage.. if you drink teas that take a specific brew time then you put in the screw cap.. put tea in screen, put on cap and turn upside down for recommended time.. turn rightside and remove.. I have 4 of these and take 2 to work everyday.. it's easier to put the loose tea in the bottom and then just add hot water at work.. I work 10hr shifts and get 6 cups from these 2. They stay nice and hot but don't burn your hands and I like that they have a crew top so if I walk away from it I don't have to worry that someone will spill it or get something in it.

Most of my teas I get at least 3 brewings.. I also use stinging nettle if I need a diuretic.. sometimes I have swollen ankles.

here is the link to coastal serenity www.coastalserenity.com

I have started back here in Feb 2012 after putting some weight back on. I lost 114lbs here previously and I now know I need this community and the food tracker to keep me in check.

Another loose tea lover here! emoticon I just bought some organic jasmine at an Asian food mart. When I start getting low, though, I'm to check out the online stores that have been recommended here. Thanks!!

I love my teas and I purchsse mine at the tea shop in our area. It is more expensive, but I find that it is worth it. I really enjoy sitting down and relaxing with a good cup of tea. Hubby has learned to enjoy them also.

Keep on track

I buy teas from Mountain Rose herbs, but there's a tea shop opening up here in the city a few blocks away; I'll check it out when it opens, hopefully it'll be all organic with interesting blends.

our little shop has a different tea to sample each day when you come in.. I love that and also like you mentioned being able to buy in as small a quantity is wonderful to so you can decide if you really like drinking it. I love the dessert teas too.. chocolate mint is wonderful when i think I just have to have "something".. it takes the urge to eat away.. the biggest seller here is the Hawaiian colada..

We have just been blessed with a tea shop in our fair city named Infinitea....It has over a 100 varieties of loose tea that he orders world wide and you can taste, smell, and buy small quantities of the varieties....IT'S SO MUCH FUN!! I've been trying to stay clear from coffee since I was consuming way too much before this weight loss regime began and I found that I'm excited to getting back to teas again. It's a whole new world and I'm loving it! Thanks for the suggestions...

thats a really good point about the tea.. I buy all my loose tea from Coastal Serenity I know it is fresh and pesticide free.. I have been drinking Ali Shan green dragon oolong and just love it.. I also like Silver needle and yerba matte mint.. the herbal detox is a good one to try also. they stock close to 100 loose teas and I have many favorites but these are my main everyday teas.

Great information, can you tell us where you ordered it. Here is a link to a site that has organic teas and herbs at excellent prices.

I love the Rooibos Vanilla Tea (red).

I've been a little worried recently about what pesticides might be sprayed on the tea I've been buying at the market. They sell no organic tea there. So, I did a little online search and found Rishi Tea. I ordered some, and have been drinking it in the morning now for the past week or so. The Tea is excellent. There are many varieties to choose from as well. Just though some might be interested.
