Sorry, I can't anwer this question. But I do use agave syrup. I use it to make my own granola. I do know that it is sweeter than regular sugar. Good luck

I have this recipe for applesauce cake. It calls for 1/4 c. sugar and 1 c applesauce.

If I sub agave do I decrease the applesauce or can I add a dry ingredient like oats?

Also, if I sub spelt flour do I make any adjustments?
