My gram cooked burdock (and pickled it) and stinging nettle. She would also wrap chicken in the huge burdock leaves and then grill it.

though it has a bunch of other stuff you may not be interested in, it gives a ton of info on identifying, digging or cutting and cooking them. I borrowed it from the library years ago.
We are actually eating a spring dandelion salad tonight with a roasted garlic dressing and my children grew up eating dandelions, chickweed and burdock- I let them grow right in my garden so they never knew they were weeds! We also make dandelion wine :)
Measuring both of my dogs starting tomorrow. My eating plan (I hate calling it a diet!) begins today. I will be accountable for everything I put into my mouth. I will also try to get in 60-90 min of cardio each day.
