JULY 30 - WALKED 40 MINS & UNDER ATE CALORIES BUDET OF 1490 CSLS.
JULY 29 - ok, well managed to stay under 1490 calories and did walk 1 hour!
FEEL FREE TO VISIT MY SHARED TRACKERS! THE GAPS HERE ARE ALL COMPLETED THERE!
july 25 - walked 40 mins, ate under the calories budget, all tracked! SEE MY SHARED FOOD AND FITNESS TRACKERS!
july 24 - walked 65 mins. today. All the other days for July 2012 are actually tracked in my shared fitness trackers via my Sparkpage! FEEL FREE TO CHECK OUT MY SHARED TRACKERS!
july 21 - walked 60 mins thru 4 parks. Centennial, Evergreen, Saint-Barnabas, Trottier. how about that!
JULY 16 - WALKED 45 MINS. - ATE UNDER CALORIES BUDGET, ALL TRACKED IN SP.
JULY 15 - MY FIRST DAY HERE IN THIS TOWN - EVENTUALLY MADE IT OUT OF MY NEW BED AND BREAKFAST.
WALKED ONLY 20 MINS, DID GYM-ST 40 MINS. BUT OVERATE 350 CALORIES. ALL TRACKED IN SP - SEE MY SPARKPAGE.

Max (my dog) and I just finished a 20 minute walk outside.. sure wished I had time for more, but work in 90 minutes, and usually start getting ready for work at 1.. so finishing up tracking it and then lunch. Cat
I used to shut the skinny me up with chocolate, now I shut the fat me up with a 4 mile walk
Today is going to be (when I get off work) 45 mins on the elliptical and then Circuit Training class for 60 mins. Hope I don't fall out!!!!

I work out in the gym 4-5 days a week today is the 2nd day of my new program worked mostly on legs and shoulders I am sure I will feel it tomorrow. I joined the gym in May when I was diagnosed as a type 2 diabitic I have lost enough weight now 27lbs that I do not have to test and no meds for it my AC1 numbers are below 7 and dr is very happy and I feel so much better. My workouts last about 60 min per day

15 minutes of Wii bowling and then the same time of wii tennis not much calories burned but considering have not taken a day off cardio in over a week Cat

Today I biked around the park and then played tennis (total time around an hour)
I'm worth it!!!

I just got off the treadmill, did 2 miles and a bit and before that I did a 3 mile Leslie Sansone DVD as well as my arm strength I am beat and sweaty and ready for a shower Cat

Treadmill at 2.0 and 2 one min. intervals of 6.0 for a total of 35 mins and 1.25 miles
