Here's a few things that I DIDN'T EAT so far, that I had the opportunity to and would have eaten before:
Pizza (THREE TIMES!)
Chicken Fingers and french fries EVERY DAY for lunch
Cake (FOUR TIMES THIS MONTH!)
Donuts and brownies at work
So...that's just a FEW things of the many that I DIDN'T eat this past month on my healthy journey!
