I feel like I am going to be stuck here in 230ville FOREVER! I have been moving all around the town but just can't seem to get out of it. The truth of the matter is I haven't been trying as much as lately but today is the beginning of a new week. I'm going to make this one count!

Good morning, everyone! There isn't much activity on this thread, so hopefully I can change that. I weighed in at 239 this week and I'm eager to get past the 230's. I have a doctor's appointment this morning. 6 months ago I had to go on blood pressure medicine and now I'm going in for a follow up. Hopefully it is doing better. I'm hoping that once I drop a few pounds, I can get back off of it. Hope everyone has a great day!

I weighed in this morning at 236. I hope my stay won't be long. I think I'm the only one here but that doesn't matter. These villes seem to work for me. They hold me accountable. I look at loosing the weight 10 lbs. at a time. If I thought about 80 lbs. to go I would get discouraged! So for now I will just keep on posting my progress. Maybe someone will come along to keep me company.

Hi everyone, I'm at 228 today after being at 236 last Thursday. I think 6 lbs was water and 2 lbs was actual weight loss. I'll give 230-ville another few days before jumping to 220-ville. But I just got here!

Well, I woke up at 228.3 today. That's 3 solid days in the 220's. Technically, I said I would be leaving town today, but I'll give it one more day, just for good measure. 220-ville is pretty dead (even less involvement than here), so I'll miss this ville, but of course, I hope to NEVER return.

July 5 - walked 55 mins. no problem; overate by about 500 calories, all tracked in SP. stressful day unfortunately.
July 4th - better - walked 60 mins, (including treadmill at gym) then did total body workout at gym also, only overate by 127 calories. tracked all in SP.
July 3 - bad day - overate and could not get into gear for exercise or any movement at all
JULY 2 - walked 35 mins today, ate over 1490 calories by 216 calories, all tracked in SP. HOW ABOUT YOU? HOW DID YOU DO TODAY?

Congrats, Laila! For better or worse, I woke up at 230 flat this morning, so I won't be leaving just yet. I'm giving myself 3 straight days of being out of this 'Ville' to officially leave. I need to make sure my footing is solid, so, however long that takes will just have to be alright. I'm hoping to do well at my official weigh-in tomorrow at Weight Watchers.

Still working on maintaining all my 'Pillars of Success'. It tough. I'm trying to give myself credit for the things I do correctly, rather than bashing myself for falling short (and I usually do). I'm about a lb. and a half away from leaving town. Things are getting better eating -wise, but I still find myself indulging a bit in the evenings. I've been shopping more, and doing more meal planning. Just working out the bugs. Still going strong with TaeBo everyday. I'll hit my 2 monthiversary on Thursday!

So lately I have become a Zumba fanatic. I go 3-4 times a week and I love it! The teacher at my gym is amazing. She makes everyone feel comfortable and she is a ball of energy that makes you want to keep moving even when your whole body is begging you to quit! However. . .there is the woman in the class that feels the need to constantly make remarks about how mgood mood) so I didn't say anything mean to her. The second time, however, I sort of let her have it by telling her, "Well when you dance full out and don't half step, sweating is your only option." I made that comment because I noticed in the class she take a lot of breaks, she doesn't really dance as hard as everyone else and she is too busy trying to be cute in the mirror to break a sweat. I know I am a little chunky munky and I do sweat a lot but I was highly distrubed by her comments to me.
After talking to another lady in my class, she was able to put things into perspective for me. I am not going to worry about what the lazy, too busy being cute lady has to say to me or about me. I know why I am there, I know what my goal is and I willl not allow her to get in my way. Monday I am going in there with my game face on and I hope I sweat off 20 inches right in her face!

Working on getting eating plan back on track. Went shopping, and got some heathly items to cook, as well as fruit for juicing. I've discovered a pretty severe soy allergy, so that makes things a little more challenging. Cooking some fresh chicken for lunch right now. May not have time to juice this morning. Husband misses them when they're not there. We'll try again tomorrow... Already seeing progress on the scale from monitoring caloric intake yesterday. Yay!

I'm nearing the halfway out of town from here. I weighed in yesterday at 235.4. I lost 3 pounds this past week. I'm looking for another good week when I weigh again on Sunday. I should be out of this town real soon. I'm hoping to be in 220-ville within the next couple weeks.
The juice only days sound interesting - I'm sure they'll work out, pure juice can be very filling! I'm down 1lb as of this morning so I've now got 8lbs to go to get to 229!

I'm here too! Stepped on the scale last Monday (after 3 weeks of not weighing myself) and was shocked to see I'd gone from 242lbs to 238lbs! :D Can't wait to weigh in tomorrow and see if that's changed! :D Loving my weather, makes it way easier to get out and walk!

i just lost 2.5 pounds in the last week (thank god and thank god for metformin) lol. so now I'm down to 233. I hope to leave in 2 -3 weeks.

I weighted in this morning at 229. So I guess I'm out of here. The only complaint I have is for coming back here. I went off track this summer and you know how the story goes. The only thing that really bothers me is the spark buddies I was losing the weight with are now in 180ville. It makes me stop & think where I could have been now! I just have to pick up the pieces and move on. I hope I have learned from this & never come back here. Arrivederci! Linda

Today is my 4th day back on track & I'm doing excellent! I must have releasted 10 lbs. of water. I am drinking allot of water with the challenge I'm on. (fall challenge). It seems to be flushing out my system. plus the fact that I am eating super healthy. My ankles are now down to normal and I even have energy!

Yesterday was my 1st day back on track. Even though my DH brough a hogie home I still did good tracking my calorie intake. (didn't touch any hogie) It's going to take some effort for the next two weeks to get into the groove again but once I start seeing a weight loss things should get a little easier.

Hi everyone, I probably won't be here long. But I was frustrated this morning when I got up and weighed myself and was still at 233, the same as yesterday. I did really well yesterday so I was surprised the scale didn't move, but hoping I can get it going before school starts!

Good morning team! Yesterday I took a much needed rest from my workouts. I've been pushing hard and my body definitely needed the break. Tonight I'll be back to my normal workout routine. I hope to see the numbers drop each week so I don't hang around 230-ville for too long.

I weighed in at 238.8 yesterday. I felt sick after seeing that number. But I got up this morning and ate a healthy breakfast and went to water aerobics at the gym a little later. Tomorrow I'm going to a yoga class after church. I have to start making better decisions regarding my health.

Good morning, team. Well, I'm going to be here a little longer. I gained this week. I back at 234. I'm not giving up though. Yesterday, I allowed myself to wallow. I ate a few of the wrong things. I didn't overdo it, but I could have made some healthier choices. Well, today is a new day and I'm determined to do better.

I got rid of most of the clothes. When I get some more time this week, I'm going to take the rest to the Salvation Army. I discovered a few pair of pants that I could wear if I was wearing spanx. Tuesday, I'm going to buy a few pieces.
Friday, when I weighed in, I lost another 1.6 pounds! I may be out of town come next week. I'm going to be really mindful this week about my food and get in at least 4 workouts. Can't wait to check in on Friday!

Good morning, team! I've decided I'm no longer holding on to all these clothes that are too small for me. And I'm through with wearing the same few pieces of clothing that I can wear. My income has increased and I'm going to buy me a new wardrobe. I've not wanted to do it because of the bigger size that I'll have to buy. I'm going to enjoy me at the size I am. That doesn't mean that I'm giving up on weight loss. I'm just going to enjoy who I am regardless. I'm sick of being down on myself over excess weight. Go me!
