Since it's Saturday, and the week is almost over, I'll share a different goal. I have a physical scheduled for later in the month. My goal is to get out of the 190's, and into the 180's, before my physical. I'm hoping for 185 - 187, as that will help improve my health.

On March 7th, just before I returned to SP, I went to the doctor's office. While there, they checked my blood pressure. It was 146/78! I checked the next day, on one of those machines, and it was 144. I now had high blood pressure! I came back to SP the next day and started walking. I'm now down 17 lbs, and my Blood pressure is 127/80. It's still a bit high, but much lower. I'd like to lower it even more, before my physical exam. That's my main goal right now.

I weighed in this morning at 190, so my goal this week is to see 180's on the scale! I also have a goal of getting a workout in 6 days this week. I don't care what I do, as long as I do something!

This week is going to be a challenge due to the weather. The forecast is for two days in a row of rain ; ( No walking those days. I'll really have to watch what I eat for sure. Going to get in some apples which I do like to snack on. Not going to make any treats!!! My husband can have the ice cream! The days I can walk I will need to do more. Just going to have to be extra determined!! I can do it!

This week I want to really concentrate on not eating any junk. I allow myself a mini ice cream treat, but that needs to stop. Also want to up my walking a little.
No weight loss this week, but I think that is a non scale victory. My legs are stronger and don't hurt anymore so my muscles are probably stronger.

To keep focused on goals, which was once considered my usual lifestyle:

* Fitness (Cardio/Strength) * Stretching * Declutter/Clean * Read Bible

and, this week in particular is to * Reply to Messages/Teams (I had gotten behind);
due to bringing myself to re-focus on what's most important for my healthy lifestyle.

My weight loss goals are the same this week. Last week was so successful I think I have found what works for me ; )
I got my two letters written and mailed out. Check that off last weeks list.

We are starting BLC#29 tomorrow. I did join a new team the navy ninja's. I'm officially back on track since yesterday & it feels so good! emoticon My goals for the next several weeks are the same as I wrote on Sept. 3rd.*My goals are to stay on track & eat healthy this week. I've been off track for 8 1/2 weeks now & have been going in & out of Twoterville. Enough is enough. I have to get serious & get back to Onederland. I am serious & I'm back with continuing my weight loss journey. I will check in twice a week to hold myself accountable. emoticon emoticon

Ok I messed up royally. I was doing good back on track then Tuesday I went back off track. I really got to step back & figure out why I'm doing this. emoticon I realize camping throws me off but I think theirs more to it. This past week I got rid of all my 16 dress pants. Size 14 I just barely fit into. I can't afford to gain much weight or I won't have anything to wear for church. With blue jeans I'm teetering between size 16 & 14. Tomorrow I will weigh myself & see how much damage I did. I will be home for a few days & maybe that will be long enough to get my act straightened out! As I said before I really want to move into 180ville. I can't handle teetering between Twoterville & Onederland. Every time you gain a few lbs. you are right back in Twoterville. I must get my act together & leave this ville. I wish I wasn't camping because it makes it doubly as hard but if I put my mind & effort to it, it can be done. emoticon It won't be easy but I know I can do it! This Wednesday is our finally weigh in with BLC #28. Their is usually a 4 to six week gap before they start a new round. I got to decide if I will stay with FBI team or change teams. They are a great team but sometimes you need a change!

We weigh in on Wednesday's with BLC. So Wednesday's are like the beginning of a new week for me. I have 1 lb. to lose till I will be back to where I started when I went off track. I hope this week I can lose that lb. & maybe even 2 lbs. so I can start traveling down the floors of this hotel. That is my goal for the week to lose at least 1 lb. hopefully two lbs. one of my goals for this week is to make it through this first week and make changes...not because I 'have to' but because i 'want to'. its day 3 and so far, so good. So my suggestion is that you DELETE this group and add the leaving 180-ville group to your sparkpage. That's a motivation, because for me, not necessarily for other people, that if I keep the 190 group on my sparkpage that's just setting me up for failure.

Congrats on getting to the 180's, I'm like you. I've stayed in the 193/194 range for months.

I finally saw the 180s this week! Hello 189.6! I really hope this continues and I can say goodbye to 190-ville. I was stuck between 191 and 195 for months.
So my goal this week- stay in the 180s. I'd like to see 188 next week.

stopping in to say hi

went christmas shopping with mom her gift shopping and groceries for the christmas dinner
today will get cards out. got my secret santa gifts mailed too. friday will take son out and get last minute shopping too hoping not to go out christmas eve. but other son and grandson coming up and will celebrate some with just him maybe can talk other son to join us. making this christmas real special as my dad has als and this could be his last.

Would love to get the 2 lbs off that I gained in Oregon. This past week was great, tracked 6 1/2 of the 7 days, and only went off track for dinner and desert the 1 night. I also got in 5 work outs, but I still managed to gain 1 lb. So back up to the 3rd floor.

Goal for this week is two pounds and a solid six work out days.

There is a red dress I own that I really want to wear to Atlanta on the 25th of may and I need to lose at least a solid inch from the belly pad region above my navel and an inch from my hips. Hopefully my Zumba/P90X hybrid routine and 2 pounds a week will scorch that goal to the ground.

Well my week away was a bit hard, but I am home now. This week I want to stay within my ranges for 6 out of 7 days, and track every day! For exercise, back to Jazzercise, aiming for 3 x this week, as I am also going to check out a Bikram Yoga class with a friend, as we got some passes. My first class is today, hopefully I am prepared enough!

Well, if you saw my last post, you would read that I was losing weight on this medical diet. I did lose 2 pounds quickly, but then yo-yo'd between 192-193 (had gotten down to 190). So my goal for this week, as I become even more hypothyroid, is to just maintain my current 192.

I will be driving to Oregon tomorrow, so posting my goals today. I am so close to getting out of here (I am on the first floor), but with traveling, not being able to work out (other then walking) and some limited food choices, it will be hard.

Food: I am going to bring some healthy snacks and fruit with me. Once I get there I will try to pick up a few fresh items as well. However a lot of the meals will likely be out, so I will have to try to make good choices.

Exercise: I looked to see if there was a Jazzercise nearby (as most will will honor your membership from other places and give you a great deal) but there are not any. My only real option will be walking, so here's hoping for some good weather!
