My weight this morning was 124.4. I have a month to get down to 120 for vacation. Really trying hard! Weekends are tough though, especially when hubbie wants to eat out and drink beer!

my weight keeps going up and down and I can not get past 138 lbs without starving. I walk a lot w my dog and am suffering from depression since losing my husband 3 to a heart attack. He was 53 when he died and I am going to be 63 next month and want to keep the weight loss and try to lose 10 to 15 lbs before the summer is over. I need to stay healthy since I am alone and have no family around me in Pennsylvania and After my bad accident I was suppose to have surgery to fix my badly broken leg I had to refuse the surgery being alone I can not manage the recovery and take care of my house and pets and I need to drive and do the best I can .... Today my weight went back up to 138 lbs. I am 6 feet 5 inches and sometimes wear size 2 but w a bad hernia I most times have to wear size 4 due to swelling from the hernia in my gut. But I need to maintain weight and probably lose those last 10 to 15 pounds and then to keep it off is a real challenge

126, so officially ten pounds to me goal. I was 129 two days ago but cutting out all the junk food took off three lbs of bloat and water weight I assume!

Attempting to make a permenant positive change.

I have a fitbit too. I have not been hitting my 10,000 lately but with the snow almost gone and being able to get out and walk more than treadmill after work hoping to get it back up there.

I am trying to get from 124 to 118. I want to stay below 120 all the time is my ultimate goal.

Hi All.

I am new to the group and looking forward to the support. I have 7 pounds to lose and they just won't budge (probably from all that Easter candy :)). I am really hoping to get to a place where I feel more fit and have more energy. I have a 5k race coming up in just a few weeks and I am using that as a motivator to really ramp things up. I have a fit bit so that helps too.

Question...how often do you all weigh in? Daily? Weekly?

My current weight is 118.4 and am looking to hit 111 by bathing suit season. I am also trying to hit 10,000 steps per day.

Looking forward to motivating with you all!

133 - goal 125. Struggling!!! Need to get over this and just do it. It's a mindset for me. Once I get in the mode and lose a little, I get encouraged and it can all change around for me. Right now I am in a rut but TODAY is going to be a good day. TODAY I am going to eat 3 meal with no snacking in between (always leads to trouble).

weigh in - 118. Empty and without clothes. At the Dr it shall be different. I will stay strong this weekend knowing I have that apt Monday AM. It won't be the lowest I;ve ever had there but not as horrible as it could have been. I'm super competitive with myself with that scale. I honestly think my body is meant to be a little higher sometimes but keeping my goal lower keeps me from letting the lbs pile on and using excuses.
