Morning everyone (late morning hehe)
So I started the 100 squats a day challenge today. I mixed it up and did regular squats, lunges and side squats. My bum is already sore.
Anyone want to join me? If your not able to do 100 in a day that's perfectly fine. Work your way up. 1 squat is better than no squats right?
