Really enjoying this. I've been squating lower and a little faster which brings my heart rate up a little. I decided today to do a set of 20 squats each time I went into the bathroom to reach up to 100.
Try picking something you walk past frequently and use it to remind yourself to do an exercise each time you go by. A few squats, couple jumping jacks? Make time for movement!
