I got The 80/10/10 Diet book and I totally think it's great. It seems perfect for my lifestyle and I'm ready to jump in and eat but first I have some questions:
I only need about 1,400 calories per day to maintain weight but I'm trying to lose weight. So, when doing the 811 diet, would I eat that many, add some or subtract some (like SP recommends)?
Also, these are obviously huge amounts of foods. How often are you going to the store and how costly is it? Fresh fruits are so expensive and I imagine it really adds up when your diet is about 95% fresh fruit.
