Thanks for the info....I look up each restaurant's website before I head out there and sometimes they don't list their nutritional information. (I wish this was required!)

Thanks! This is a good site but I wish they listed protein. Since most menues provides total calories, fat, fiber and carbs it makes me think it is Weight Watchers oriented. It is better info than nothing. Often when i eat at a restaraunt I go to their online menu to get the nutritional info.

Everyone Hello! A friend on another team told me about this website and I'm sharing it with every team I'm on. This is absolutely FABulous! It's called Dottie's Weight Loss Zone at www.dwlz.com

It has a HUGE list of restaurants nationwide with entire menu's and ALL THE CALORIE COUNTS!!!!!!! No more guessing when I sit down with a menu! I can look stuff up before I go and know exactly what I'm going to eat and how much! It's soooooo cool!

I put the icon to the list on the tool bar line on my start up screen so I'll have it handy whenever I need it! Click and KNOW!

You all can thank me now!
