John has started grinding his own deer instead of the butcher. We seem to use more of the ground and tenderloins, and I love the ribs when I can get them. I am not real creative though..grill Bacon Wrapped Tenderloins that have been marinated in Italian Dressing, use the ground pretty much as we would use regular ground beef-except for the Potstickers recipe I found on Spark. I would love to see some ideas 'outside of the box'

Do any of you grind your own deer or hog? I do and am always looking for great recipes for new creations. I currently make about 7 or 8 versions of ground venison and about the same number for wild boar. If anyone would like to swap recipes I would be on board! Wild game is very lean and healthy with no antibiotics, hormones, or steroids that you possibly find in store bought meat.
