Actually my wife scale had a low reading of 322 this morning and a high of 325.1. I always use the high. The scale either needs a new battery or I have worn it out.

Went to the Club for the weekend...Friday statyed on track...Saturday lost control and Sunday too!!

Back on track today but the damage is already done.

2/28/11 Last Challenge Weigh-in Week 4:


254.4 + .6 Total weight loss for the Team Challenge is -8.6 lbs.

I looked at my spark weigh-in chart for when I first found Spark and took off 50 lbs I've since put back on. The first time around in the same amount of weeks I took off 23 lbs...this time not even 10 lbs.

This is very dissapointing..but I know part of the problem is I haven't excersiced this time. Just watched my calorie intake. Last time I joined a gym and went 3-4 times a week and walked Rocky Dog a mile just about everyday. Guess this proves getting up and moving makes a BIG different so I guess I'm going have to get up and get moving!!!

Peggy...Well I'm not so happy today. I'm a disappointed in my final weigh in for the team challenge. I know I over ate a little at the Club Dinner on Saturday but I stayed away from the alcohol. The rest of the week I watched my calories and stayed within my range so I'm pretty surprised and disappointed that my weight is up.

Okay...deal! And you can count on me to be honest bc when i fall at work i'm always honest with my co-worker. Last week there was a bake sale and she encouraged me to resist, but as soon as she went back to her work station I scoffed down two cookies! I confessed to her the next day and she laughed at me! In fact...they're having another sale RIGHT NOW out front of the school for a fundraiser, and I AM RESISTING! By the way, I read your other post about ideas for not over-indulging at the club and I have two ideas: Bring "good" food from home and eat it FIRST. And......WATER instead of ALCOHOL!! (Hope we both do well on that one) Remember....alcohol is EMPTY calories! It does us NO GOOD!!! I tell myself that everytime I crack open a Heineken!! emoticon

Ugh! 123 today....gained back the 2lbs. I lost before I got sick. Stupid steroids!! Made me bloated and RAVINOUS!! 'Course the Heineken didn't help me any either....I hear ya Terre!!
Next time you reach for the Cpt. and I reach for the Heineken, let's BOTH think of each other and go for the water instead! Report back AFTER the weekend...wadda ya say!?!?

I agree - it is not fair that gaining is easier. Try 225 - weight is like a stock - once it breaks a through resistance it keeps going (until it hits another resistance point). Of course, I'm not an expert and the above could be totally wrong.

Started hunting season at 231, ballooned to 244 over christmas trip and started year at 237. It is so easy to gain rapidly but hard to lose. I seem to have a floor at 228-230. Never seem to get by that. That just maybe my playing weight.

(Seems like a big drop from 1/1 but I weighed 359 Christmas Eve - ate like a pig through 1/1 with lot of salty stuff which kicked me up about 5 pounds).
