Hey there....jump in. I kind of got pushed into this quit, but so glad I did. Its day 5 and I feel great. I don't think I could have done it cold turkey...actually I know I couldn't have but I;m using champix and I'm really excited I don't ever plan to smoke again.
Need to lose 10 to get back to goal weight. Of 155 but would like to get down to 140. SW - 206 CW - 172 GW-155 reached Oct. 16/09 NG-150

Im ready to quit but I dont know where to start... I have quit cold turkey before and would like to again but I let the stress of my Marine being in Afghanistan be an excuse to keep smoking....
