Walked more than 5000 steps (which is a lot for me). Climbed 4 flights of stairs 5 times at work. Stayed in calorie range.

MRI results back and it shows a bulging disc fairly low (L5S1 area) so Physical Therapy is in order. Doctor also released me to exercise as long as I do not overdo.

Off to make a smoothie (peanut butter/banana) and bike for a while.

Tiff - Thats awesome. I will try to get on the elliptical tonight. If I start watching a movie, sometimes I can go a whole hour and not even notice.
Sunny - Strength training is such a positive idea. Your name is positive too emoticon I'm from St. Louis originally. The "show me" state. That is what I thought when I joined SP and boy of boy did SP show me!
I thought ahead about my day - have a dinner with a consultant tonight so will save some calories during breakfast & lunch so I don't go over.

Today was almost derailed because I had a rice krispie treat at Starbucks and didn't realize it was 380 calories! But 50 min strength class this morning then 30 min on elliptical to end day hopefully saved the day.
