Yeah, I guess it depends on your tolerance of getting wet, and your equipment, whether or not you let the rain interrupt your hiking. I will go to the gym, do a workout at home, go out in the rain (infrequent for me now), we skied in the snow the other day, but then being active in snow is better than rain, IMHO, since it doesn't soak in.
