I did and I didn't feel bad about the pizza. But deffinetly not bad enough to stop myself. I also figured I could get away with doing that. Sure didn't want to cook that night and once I got home I didn't want to drive to get something. So I had it delievered.

I was exhausted last night. One thing I noticed is people smile a lot when thier biking. But I also noticed that once they have riden that far their face turns to determination look. We did put aloe vera on last night. Funny this morning we went to church and my daughter could hardly sit thier. We are going to Bend, Oregon at the end of August begging of September before school starts. We will bring are bikes. But also I would like to look into renting one or two up there. Never rented a bike. So not sure if thats to expensive or not. I would like to find some nice riding trails up in that area. I don't want it to be to extreme, but not always easy either. Becuase my kids are coming and they wouldn't go on anything to hard. I would start hearing the complaints.

I've found Aloe vera works well for those sunburns! Sounds like a nice ride, how fun to spend the day a the beach!

We got out riding yesterday, only 8 miles, but it was a hard 8! 1400 ft altitude gain up to 10,000 ft will take it out of you!

Not use to riding and it was so hot today. I know when I got home to my house I looked at the temperature and it was 101 degrees here. But I road from another location to the beach. It was a lot of fun, but got tough at the end. I must of burned around 1100 calories. At least when I put it in "Map My Ride". The only thing is that I made up all my lost calories by eating pizza tonight. So basically I think I broke even on the calorie for today. We also barbqued and some swam at the beach. We all got a little sunburned, but my daughter got burnt on the butt. So now she is walking around the house going ouch, ouch, ouch!
