I am creating a dance style that is healing to people who have suffered from abuse... It is being implemented in DVIS, at Call RAPE, at the department of Human Services for children and at other centers that specialize in helping victims of abuse. I will travel around the country and help our women reclaim their empowerment. I will collect abundance wealth from this venture. The world will be a better place because of this dance.

I am creating a book that will help children and adults alike deal with the issue of molestation.

My children's books (Mama Yawnie says) are massively successful and help us create an avenue for african dance AND create more abundance for my family...

I am thankful that my gums and teeth are healthy and beautiful

I am thankful that I am successful in diet and exercise to get to my goal weight

I am thankful that my oldest daughter is being more responsible

I am thankful that my middle child has a wonderful school to attend with many GREAT teachers and many wonderful opportunities...

I am thankful now that my son can express himself with words...

i am thankful that my husband and i are SO IN LOVE

I am thankful that money flows to me easily and freely

I am thankful that I will have EVERYTHING that i need for my trip to St. Louis

I am so happy that my teeth and gums are healthy and beautiful

i am thankful for the roof that i have over my head -
i am so happy now that i am comfortable in my weight and i can make my husband stop and stare just from a simple walk into the room

I am so happy now that my son can express his feelings to the world through proper speech and word usage

i am so happy now that Rabbit is in a school that will help develope the wonderful mind that she has...

I am so happy now that Pooh finally takes school seriously and is working to make the grades that will surprise us all!

I am so thankful that i can see the love in my husband's eyes when we make love (oops don't read that).,...

I am so nappy now that my house payment is caught up to date...

I am so happy now that we have paid off our car

i am so happy that my teeth are healthy and my smile beautiful

i am so happy that Pooh is maturing and acting responsible

i am so happy that rabbit is now going to Deborah Brown School - where her intellect is nurtured.

i am so happy now that turtle is talking and expressing himself well with his words...

i am so happy that my fence is stained and a pretty shade of brown

money flows to me easily and freely - in larger amounts on a consistent basis

joy flows through my house easily and freely

i am happy now in my current state of health and fitness - I am slimmer, faster, stonger....better...

i am so happy that our level of abundance is more that we could ever ask for on all five levels... intellectual, physical, spiritual, financial and emotional...

I am so happy now that my roof is fixed and no longer leaks when it rains

I was able to avoid cholesterol medication by following the following diet:
SHOW ME! Diet (A two week jump start to the DASH Plus program)*

Eliminate:
1. Bread, cookies, chips, crackers, and any other bakery products.
2. Past, white rice
3. Flour, corn meal, cake mixes
4. Any cereals made with refined grains
5. Butter, margarine, lard, Crisco
6. Any foods containing partially hydrogenated oils
7. Meat (including chicken and turkey
8. Eggs
9. Ice cream, whole milk, any dairy products except skim milk or fat free yogurt
10. Cheese (you can keep hard grating cheeses such as Parmesan or Romano)
11. Salad dressing and mayonnaise (except low-calorie versions)
12. Any prepared foods or frozen foods that contain the foods listed above or that have fewer than 3 grams of fiber per serving.

For Breakfast:
1. Long-cooking oatmeal: rolled, steel cut, Irish or Scottish style
2. Raisins or other dried fruits (optional)
3. Skim milk, fat free yoghurt, or the milk substitutes of your choice
4. Fresh fruits (optional)

For your Mix and Match Salads:
1. Salad greens such as romaine lettuce
2. Your choice of other salad vegetables: Whatever appeals to you and looks fresh in your produce department, including tomatoes, avocados, artichoke hearts (sold in jars), and red peppers.
3. Canned salmon (red sockeye taste best), canned tuna
4. Canned Beans, canned chickpeas
5. Nuts, peanuts, soy nuts, sunflower seeds, and other seeds
6. Grated or shredded hard cheese such as Parmesan or Romano
7. Mild vinegar such as rice wine vinegar and/or low-calorie dressing
8. Herbs, spices, and spice blend, such as Cajun spice blend, salad spice mix, or your personal favorites

Miscellaneous:
1. Calorie-free beverages or your choice, such as water—plain, sparkling, or flavored (tap water is fine, too); tea, coffee, calorie-free iced tea

Good post -- I am 55 & am in the best shape of my life totally off cholesterol medicine -- I am strong, healthy & weight 135 lbs because I have a lot of muscle -- my job gives to the community & in knowing this the stress is lightened, my mother realizes that I am a functioning adult & treats me like one, my dream of restoring my Victorian house materializes, I meet the man of my dreams and he too is a functioning adult with a job (preferably construction), car & his own place to live,money comes to me easily & I want for nothing, I give generously to others.... I find a side project that materializes into fun & profits!!!

GOALS for Fitness 2007 and 2008: Created 2-16-2007
1. My long term goal: February 16, 2009
a. I am so happy and thankful now that I weigh 190 pounds and have a healthy, strong, and muscular and ripped body that looks better than the “after” picture of Jeremy Likness, but with all of my own dark hair and a size 32 waist.
2. My 12 month goal: February 16, 2008
a. I weigh 210 pounds and have a strong and muscular body.
3. My 3 month goal: May 16, 2007
a. I weigh 300 pounds and have a strong and muscular body.
4. My weekly goals:
a. I am losing 2.5 pounds each week.
5. Daily goals:
a. I am eating 6 balanced meals each day.
b. I am getting up early each morning and exercising at the gym.
c. I am preparing my salads and oatmeal ahead of time so that it is easy for me to follow my healthy meal plans.
d. I am getting 7 to 8 hours of sleep each night so that I am fully rested and my body has time to heal and repair itself.
e. I am repeating my goals every day, at least twice daily, so that they will become part of my positive habits.
6. Each week I am increasing the weight or number of repetitions that I can lift and the decreasing the time it takes me to row 10,000, 6000, 2000, 1000, or 500 meters.
7. I am taking lessons at the San Diego Aquatic Center on rowing and I am joining a Master’s Team of Rowers.
8. I own my own boat that will seat three with a sliding seat installed for me to row with.
9. I am rowing on the water with a racing scull on the weekends.
10. I am attending the C.R.A.S.H.-B contest in 2008 as a contestant at age 61.
11. Each Month I am improving my standings in the Rankings on Concept2.com.
12. I am entering my logs on SparkPeople for my Nutrition and Exercise progress every day.
13. I am sitting in the sun everyday for 30 minutes.
14. My life is filled with prosperity and gratitude in all that I do.
15. I add value to every life that I touch.

I'm so glad that THE SECRET is a Spark Team. This is my intention that I say often:

I am so incredibly grateful and excited about my body. I am toned, fit, trim and beautiful. I weigh 129 pounds, fit comfortable in size 6 and am 15 % body fat. I love the way I look and feel in my sexy lingerie (or my underwear) and my perfect swimsuit. My skin is toned and tight. I feel so fortunate to have a body that always responds so easily to healthy food and exercise. I truly am fearfully and wonderfully made.
I thoroughly enjoy my exercise routine and every day can't wait to get to it! I can't even imagine someone who doesn't enjoy exercising because it's been such an uplifting and inspiring experience for me. When I look in the mirror, I'm so very proud of my body and of my reflection. Even from the backside, I enjoy the view.

I began saying this (and not beliving it at all at 231 pounds) Now I'm 165, and I'm on my way to 129. `Jill
