When I started in Jan. this year, I listened to The Secret Audio Book chapter about "losing" weight over and over and over and really focused on visualising myself at my perfect weight, on gaining health and to stop focusing on the scale and on "losing" weight. It worked! I've got to think about what I will focus on this year. Of course I will be continuing my journey to gaining health and getting to my perfect body and weight. It's nice to experience the results of all that focus, I must say! The Universe rocks!

I am starting my New Year's Resolution now so by the time the new Year comes it will already be in motion. My New Year's Resolution is to be the change I want to see. Pray harder, continue to lose weight and be a blessing in someone's life.
