Hmmmm?. . . I have so many.
I've fasted. I ate only pineapple and papaya once. Can you say cabbage soup? Anything with Richard Simmons, the Cards, the windows, the sweatin' to the oldies, you name it. I even went on his cruise!! I lost tons of weight on phentermine, and then when the doctor made me stop (cause I was addicted and had reached a point where I needed more,) I gained it all back and more. My last die et was nutrisystems. I didn't spend too much time on that because the food was gross.
Now JUST LOOK AT ME!! It's the Law of Attraction that's making me thin! I follow Paul McKenna's four golden rules, and I'm able to do that by using EFT, guided visualization (hypnosis) and other techniques that include loving myself. I just think and act thin now. No more die eting. I've lost 25#!! Slowly and steadily. I'm not really trying, only changing my mind. I eat ice cream and lots of fried food - but my choices are healthier, I'm pickier, and I eat very little of it. Not because I have to measure and stop when my allotted amount is gone either. I just naturally stop.
I even move (not structured exercise) more. I clean more. Do more yard work. Play with granddaughter more. And for us, a lot of that means DANCE. Just 'cause I'm in joy and I want to.
