Hahahaha! I'm crazy sometimes too. Sometimes it's good fun crazy & sometimes it's picking fights with my BF for no reason crazy. But you are right - my life is far from boring & it's usually more fun than fights!

In my case, the distance to crazy is a very short drive. But I don't let that bother me. Normal is boring!

Thank you! Good point about the music. I have so many albums and mix cd's that my brother made that I have no reason not to put something on to cheer myself up. Also I did exercise and that really did help. But you so right - positive manifestations come from feeling good & that's why I want to learn how to help myself feel good as much as possible!

I turn my feelings around with music. It's my special "secret shifter". After I sent the last post, I went and put on some Jimmy Buffet. Now I'm feeling much better.

Venting is a good thing too. Rather than brood on it, get it out of your system.

I feeeeel gooooood. And that is the way to manifest. Feel good now!

I'm not in a good mood today either, but not because anyone in particular is bugging me. It's more that another issue has come up for me to release & heal, but it's making me irritable & causing me to pick fights with my BF.

I was actually wondering how people turn their moods around so that we're not inadvertently using LoA to draw more negativity to us. I want to honour that I feel grouchy, but I don't want to increase my grouchiness. Any tips anyone?

OK, since you've given me permission to vent! I have a tour guide who is always asking for more money. We have already agreed to give him a bonus when he has larger tours. But he still thinks he is worth "way more" than we can pay him. It bothers me, cuz I don't know of anyone who can pay him anymore for playing his priate character. It seems no matter what we do, he wants more. This is a small business and he is a tour guide not a &U*^$# movie star!!

He is a really good tour guide, so I will keep him around as long as he is willing to stay. But it should be interesting, when the day finally arrives that he decides to quit because he doesn't get the money he thinks he deserves. He may get a rude awakening.

Now, that I've vented. How are you doing today? Is your cast a better fit now?

Hi Team

This is some BULLS$%^&, Bull, Ok, last night I had to make an unexpected trip to the hospital. It seems like the Dr. that had treated me on Wednesday had put the cast around my toes and feet too tight. My toes start to look like sausages. I asked someone to come over to give me an opined on how my foot. Also help me cut about two inches in the dressing so it could relieve some of the pressures that that I was experiencing from my toes a looking like a little cherry tomatoes to the size of pancake. My ankle was feeling fine. Remember I went into the hospital to have my anklet checked out and after six hours later I was walking out with my ankle in a very large case. The next day .I went back into the hospital to show them the nice work the doctor perform on my ankle Once the nurse took one look at my feet she went into emergency mode and start removing the cases. Once the nurse start removing the bandages my foot started to feel better. But, if that hospital thinks that it is going to receiving payment for two visits they will be getting a rude awaking. Because the second injury was caused by them


Now, that I got that off my chest what is disturbing you or did a coworker work your last nerve today. You can tell me about it because I do not know anyone. Once you get it off your chest start on you excises and” Work It Girl”
