Okay, think about all the things you did RIGHT this year for you and your health. Forget what you didn't accomplish and focus on your successes.
I stayed with SparkPeople - posting regularly. I exercise pretty consistantly, I eat so much better than I have in years. Many more positives...So, we may or may not be at our goal weight but we do know what we need to do in 2008 to reach our goals.
